About this apartment rental
PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. And for New Year's Eve, there is a 50% loading.
Common facilities are now open to use.

Located literally in the heart of Southbank, you will be within 10 minutes walk to many of the great things that Melbourne is renowned for including the heart of the Crown Casino entertainment complex.
An exquisite array of restaurants, the Arts centre, theatre, Federation Square, The Yarra River etc.. etc.... what else might you be looking for? If it isn't on your doorstep then it will not be too far either on foot or using the extensive and efficient public transport infrastructure which is on your doorstep.
This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment can sleep up to 2 guests.
Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Two (2) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group.
From time-to-time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced.
Large gatherings, events and parties are prohibited and may result in eviction and loss of security bond. Any such events must be approved by the property manager at time of reservation request.

We stayed for 6 nights March 5-11th, This studio apartment is very centrally located, you can walk everywhere. You have a ton of restaurants and bars to choice from. We had lots of trouble with the AC and trying to program it to stay on longer than 6 hours and shutting off. We texted via VRBO app to the property manager received one response but not our later questions about how to over ride the system to allow us to have an entire night of cool sleeping. One other thing is the queen bed, the mattress needs replacing, you roll into the middle as the mattress is worn out. If you are driving the parking stall that is assigned to the apartment is a pain to access, you have to go up all 9 levels of the parkade to get to the stall to park in. Plus pushing the various buttons to open a few security gates. It will take you more than 10 minutes every time you enter or leave exit the parkade. Rose HCanada

New years fireworks were incredible. City is fabulous. Stay was fabulous and people were so nice to us. I was told Gym was not accessible to us which was sad since posting suggested it was. Only mark in an otherwise perfect stay!
