Positioned next door to Crown Casino and overlooking Southbank Promenade this apartment offers spectacular position and amenity with free secure parking and countless dining and entertainment options at your door,
Enter the apartment at an elevated second level, to the secluded and quiet study space. As you descend the stairs you enjoy the spectacular views and sunshine through the north facing windows.
The living area provides ample seating for up to 4 guests with a sofa bed for use as a second bed should it be required. Opening the large glass doors to the balcony space allows you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the city.
The large smart tv offers full connectivity should you wish to enjoy your favourite streaming service or any local tv.
A fully equipped kitchen provides you the opportunity to prepare culinary delights however, with the large number of food options available on ground floor of the building and along the Southbank promenade, you may find more appealing options!
In the separate bedroom you will find the super spacious king sized bed. This room enjoys total peace and quiet via the heavy, soundproof, sliding door that separates the spaces. A generous ensuite bathroom completes the apartment and also provides opportunity for a laundry space equipped with new washer and dryer for your convenience.
If you require parking, a secure space is provided with the rental on the same level as the apartment.
