The apartment aesthetic made it feel more like a home than a temporary rental and the location was excellent close to the river but still quiet. It was also great to have a coffee shop on site. I would definitely stay here on my next trip to Melbourne.
It would be great if there was a lockbox for the key and luggage storage onsite.

Great accommodation. Central to everything- crown, cafes, bars, cbd.
Heaters in all rooms which was great because it gets chilly in the loft style apartment.
Also keep in mind there is no lift access into the building - half a dozen steps from the car park, and a few steps from the street.
Central location also means a lot of noise, particularly on the weekend. Mostly from people walking by, in the early hours of the morning. But also being located near crown and night-life, meant sirens throughout the night.
There was also a loud industrial hum the entries stay. Sounds like an AC that never turned off - note the accommodation does not have air-conditioning, so we had no idea where it came from.

Property has great character and is well furnished. Excellent location. Host is absolutely lovely to deal with. The check in instructions are a bit complicated and key pick up is in a different location. Bathroom sink was blocked with other people’s gunk which grossed me out but otherwise lovely and clean. Would definitely stay here again.
Bathroom sink was clogged.
