There weren't many recent reviews and that made me reluctant to book but I'm glad that I did. Trying to leave a long review to help others that look at 100's of condos but can't decide. The reasons I booked this condo was that it had a washer/dryer and seemed to have more space than others that are comparable in price. The place was bigger than I thought it would be. Host supplied two trash bags, small dish soap, two dishwasher soaps and one laundry soap. Two small shampoo, two conditioners and hand soap. There were books, games and puzzles. An Alexa which was nice! It is a short walk to the beach - probably 6-8 minutes. The pool is VERY close and has a kiddie pool. This location unlike some others that I looked at actually had a kitchen table. The bathtub is not able to be used as one as far as we could see. There was a wagon to bring to the beach, tons of sand toys, and three beach chairs. Plenty of dishes. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! Family of 5 with three kids 6, 9, and 12.

The A/C were not working when we arrived past 8 p.m. Lucky Savannah, the property manager had the owner come over to check the A/C and found another property for us for the night. The AC was fixed the next day. We dropped the key in a restaurant parking lot. Candis, from Lucky Savanah who lives 45 minutes out was driving to bring key past 8:30 in the evening. Fortunately, the key was found and Candis was able to turn back. Very professional property management service. The property is very nice and in a very good location. It is on the third floor with narrow steep stairs. Overall we had a good stay
