About this apartment rental
Situated close to the Beach in St Kilda, Shakespeare enjoys a climate that is warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. Often missed when Melbourne is experiencing inclement weather. A comfortable couch for those nights in and a great kitchen if you like to cook.
Close to some of the best restaurants that are world renowned, you can walk to them or order in.
This stylish one-bedroom apartment, affectionately nicknamed "Shakespeare," is perfectly located just moments from the beach, Acland Street, and Luna Park. While Luna Park is directly opposite, the apartment is situated at the rear of the building, ensuring a quieter and more peaceful experience. Here’s a little more about the space:
- A spacious open-plan living area with plenty of room to relax.
- A modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances for your convenience.
- A generously sized carpeted bedroom with a Queen bed and built-in robes.
- A sparkling central bathroom.
The apartment has been freshly painted and carpeted, offering a clean and welcoming environment. You’ll have private access to the entire unit during your stay, and there’s a communal laundry located at the rear of the building. Washing costs $3 (dollar coins), and drying is $1. Ensure you don't overload the dryer and $1 is sufficient for most loads. A clothesline and pegs are also available for communal use.
Parking is available for one vehicle at the front of the building on the far left. Please ensure you leave enough space for garage doors to open and remain considerate of other residents.
**Important Note:** If you happen to lock yourself out of the apartment, we may be able to assist remotely. However, if we are unavailable, you’ll need to contact Ace Locksmith St Kilda at your own cost. Their details are: 29 Carlisle St, St Kilda. Please also note that in the unlikely event you lose the keys it will incur a replacement fee of up to $300.

Nice, comfy, and clean apartment with all the right facilities in a very lively neighborhood. Nice backyard and adjacent outdoor garden to unwind in. Fantastic location that's a short walk from several attractions like St Kilda/Elwood beach, Acland St, Luna Park, Palais theater, and more. Very responsive and detail-oriented host. Recommended!
