Discover a charming escape with a modern open-plan layout. Wake up feeling refreshed in this elegantly designed space featuring chic furnishings and peaceful surrounds. Just minutes walk to the beach and famous Acland & Fitzroy streets. Located in a quiet, safe and peaceful street to escape the crowds. This home is perfect for families. Sleeps 8 adults/kids. Boasting 3 spacious bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room. You'll love the beds dressed in high end linen and mattresses.
The location is fantastic. 10 minute walk to Albert Park Lake, beach and surrounded by St. Kilda's best cafes, restaurants and bars.
Boasting 3 big bedrooms beautifully presented and comfortable high end bed mattresses and linen. There's a big comfy double fold out couch in the living room as well. All linen is professionally cleaned and prepared for our guests to ensure comfort and a homely experience.
All essentials are included: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and washing machine powder.
Enjoy the selection of milk, teas and Nespresso coffee machine for your enjoyment during your stay.
We have the children catered for beautifully. There's a high chair, games and lots of kids toys and books. Happy children = happy parents. You'll also find children's dish-ware, a porta-cot and a bed safety rail. Your kids of any age will love this home!

St. Kilda is the best place to live and holiday. There's always markets and festivals to see. Our house is on the doorstep of the beach, cafes, bars, restaurants and clubs. Chapel street and the city are so close. There is a gym on our little laneway street, which is perfect for fitness lovers.
Trams and trains are on the doorstep. Trams stops are located in the next street and the train station a block away. The city is 15 minutes away (3 kilometres). There is transport all around the area which is great for sightseeing. The house is a 10/15 minute walk to the Grand Prix track, so is perfect for car racing enthusiasts.
Transport is in abundance. Trams and trains are on the doorstep. The house is located 3km from the city. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the city. Chapel street is 5 minutes away. Chapel street is Australia's shopping fashion capital and has lots of restaurants, bars and clubs which are awesome on a night out.
Parking: The house is in a quiet street, so there is always all day parking available.
Getting to St. Kilda:
*The most direct way is using Uber or taking a taxi. Uber is cheaper than a taxi from the airport.
Wood Burner: Our home can has a wood burner to keep you warm in the winter months.

We had great communication with our host from start to finish. The home we stayed in was very clean and well appointed, including fresh towels, linen and even a basket full of kids toys for the boys. Parked right behind the door but needed to move through the day, due to parking restrictions. The shower was great and had quality soap etc, the big tv was awesome and we walked to some great coffee (coffee No 8) and a perfect pub meal in the Post Office Club Hotel just a short walk across St Kilda Road. We loved the location and the furniture, beds and kitchen were wonderful. Perfect for a family or couple. Quick and easy access to the city and st kilda, number 3 tram from stop 34. Thanks for a wonderful experience and great service. STAYZ is the perfect way to find and secure this property we recommend highly and there hosts have a beautiful home to stay in the heart of StKilda
