The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you’re enjoying a quiet night in or heading out to Acland Street’s vibrant cafes, shops, and city-bound trams.

The property is serviced by one central bathroom.
Step outside to your own secure private courtyard, complete with a BBQ - perfect for relaxed afternoons or outdoor dining after a day by the bay. Parking is also available, adding ease and convenience in this sought-after beachside location.
The property is dog friendly with prior arrangement.

Enjoy authentic Italian at Sorsi e Morsi, grab your morning coffee and breakfast from Jerry's Milkbar, or visit Frankie's Top Shop, a local favourite known for its relaxed atmosphere and delicious food.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
