Location and layout of property with carspace attached. Comfortable and provided everything needed for our break in Melbourne. Would stay again.

Great value for money. Quite a new property with excellent onsite convenient parking. Within walking of distance of trams, train station, restaurants and even gardens and the water.
Some wear and tear but only on soft furnishings.

This property was a brilliant find! We really enjoyed our visit as the great location, space and air conditioning was perfect for our three week stay. We would highly recommend it for short or long stays and would definitely come back.
