Lovely sunny studio room on ground floor at rear of small apartment block in quiet residential street. Our room was next to the property's private car park and our car was safely parked. Studio was spotless, linen clean and fresh, beds comfy. We didn't use the kitchenette but it was clean and neat. Everything looked very new, carpet, blinds, curtains etc. We were concerned it may be noisy on ground floor but perhaps because it was mid week it was extremely quiet and we slept well. Just 5 minutes walk to Acland st cafes, shops and excellent coffee....and 10mins or so to Palais Theatre for us to see Dire Straits Experience. Best location in St Kilda. You’re in the heart of St Kilda but you wouldn’t know it! It was so quiet.
No free to air TV. Couldn’t access any news or just the normal stations 10, 7, 9, ABC or SBS. Nothing was tuned.

Location was great and lovely streetscape view from room 409. Nice having coffee bags for intial morning, bed and pillows were super comfortable. Good water pressure.
Needed to replace batteries in remote.
