Cosy apartment in the city center

Very friendly host. We did a last minute reservation but directly received a very warm welcome message and a very detailed explanation upon our arrival. We received quick answers on our questions, the communication was very good. The apartment is located very close to the city center and shops. The place is very clean and well equipped.

It was freezing cold outside, but also very cold inside. Even with the heating at the maximum the place stayed very cold all night. Luckily there were very warm and cosy blankets. We did a last minute reservation so there was no time to heat up front.

Location, good size of flat, nice bedroom and comfortable bed. All very clean.

Basic toiletries like soap and shower gel were missing, first time this happens to me in a flat i book. Only toilet paper was provided. Same for wireless internet.

Perfect for a midweek/weekend away in the Hautes Fagnes.

Great location. Easy communication with the hosts. Great bed. Good amenities for a little flat. Clean. Worth it's value!

The couch is quite uncomfortable to sit in. No microwave or oven - not dramatic but needs to be known when deciding what to eat.

The apartment was nice and cozy and the owner was very responsive.

Spa is a lovely town and around there are the amazing Hautes Fagnes: Perfect to go hicking.

Wi-fi was missing but I knew it so it wasn't a problem

De locatie was top! Het voldeed aan alle basis voor een paar dagen. Er was koffie aanwezig, kruiden, handdoeken, beddengoed, toiletpapier,...

Er was wat schimmel in de badkamer en het appartement was heel moeilijk warm te krijgen en te houden!

Passable, trop cher pour le prix. Odeur de tabac tenace.

Très bon emplacement. Près du centre de Spa

Appartement vieillissant : salle d’eau notamment. Très bruyant, on entend les discutions des voisins. La propreté laisse à désirer : nous avons retrouvé une boucle d’oreille sale et un gant de toilette usagé dans la douche. Sans oublier une très forte odeur de tabac, qui en pique les yeux.
