Zeer ruim appartement met eigen lift ingang met balkon. Zeer eenvoudige check-inn en check-out (sleutels in een kluisje, code 1 dag van te voren per mail). Klein balkon, maar fraai uitzicht. Rustige buurt en in 5 minuten lopen in het centrum van Spa. Gratis parkeren om de hoek. Bakker aan de overkant van de straat.
Meubilair is verouderd, m.n de bank in de woonkamer (vertoond scheuren ect.). Meerdere lampen werken niet (in de gang, boven wastafel), evenals niet goede functionerende doucheslang (niet vermeld omdat het niet storend was tijdens verblijf). Karige inrichting van de keuken (weinig bestek, koffie leeg ect.)

Perfecte locatie op loopafstand van centrum en supermarkt. Parkeren in de straat. Erg stil.
Heel klein minpuntje: de bank zit niet lekker. Maar dat is persoonlijk.

Very basic appointments, some electrical sockets potentially dangerous for kids, lounge furniture could use a refresh, need a microwave in the apartment not downstairs. Good bathroom/shower.
