Very basic, but did the job.

Location

Very basic appointments, some electrical sockets potentially dangerous for kids, lounge furniture could use a refresh, need a microwave in the apartment not downstairs. Good bathroom/shower.

Not for me

The flat was nice, good position.I don't know where they saw the city view because you only see the roofs and in the most. However, the apartment had all the services coffee machine, tea, cutlery, plates and pans. Everything working and good WiFi. Cleaning ok.

When I arrived the elevator that took me to the third floor didn't open the doors and I got stuck. I managed to go back downstairs to get out. Tried 2 more times and nothing. I tried to contact the owners and then got a message saying "strange it worked" I asked about the stairs and got to the third floor. I tried the lift again and it opened, I went up and down to get my bags but when I went up again nothing, the doors didn't open. The owners did not show up in 3 days. I find this behavior shameful. What if I suffered from claustrophobia? I will never go there again.

Superb

Wonderful location in Spa town with the lovely bakery across the street and the supermarket 300m away. We stayed for work and were worried about noise in the building, as we had our 9 month old with us, but there was no noise from the people in the apartment above, and the street noise was minimal. Parking along the street was good, sometimes a couple of hundred meters away but nothing bad, and always we found a spot. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the washing machine was a plus (located just outside the door of the apartment). The baby high chair, baby cot were well appreciated. There was also a lovely sofa and lounge area which was huge which our little one enjoyed playing in.

Only once a week, but they collect the garbage off the street very early, it was around 5:30am and it woke our little boy up with the loud noise, flashing lights and the crashing of the bins. Just as an alert! The blind in the small bedroom was broken so it was not possible to lift it up properly in the day to open the window but we managed.

Cozy, quiet refuge during the spa classic weekend

Very big apartment, cozy and bright! The owners took great care with the interior, it's minimal but stylish, we liked it a lot. Very clean and with all the necessary tools to enjoy a nice homemade breakfast before discovering the beauties of the area, we would for sure recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Not perfectly acoustically isolated, but very minor thing in the overall.

Spacious comfort

The apartment was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Linen and bath towels were clean and white, the way it should be. Located near to Thermes de Spa. The hosts are responsive.

nice place to stay with kids for a short trip especially in the summer

great location. the market is within walking distance. many bakeries are within walking distance. you can easily find really good breakfast from this location. the hiking trails are only 15 minutes away by car. the hiking trails have beautiful springs. you can also go to the thermal baths really easily either by car or by walking.

It took some time for the heating to warm up. The light switches are old and can be a little bit difficult to work out but for summer it should be a really nice place when it is already warm and you don't need much heating or lighting.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom appartement on the attic. The appartement was nicely decorated and practical. Nice clean bathroom, bedroom with a comfy bed and kitchen corner in the living room. You can take the stairs to reach the appartement or take an elevator. The elevator is a special one (I assume it is not easy to install one in an old building like this) and it takes a bit patience to reach your floor. But is is an extra comfort when you have to carry bags or cannot take the stairs on some reason. Location is very good. Close to the wellness centre, restaurants. There's a bakery across the street, a Carrefour just a short walk away. We found parking (free) in a street just a few houses from the appartement.

We stayed there when it was very hot outside. As the appartement is on the attic floor, it was rather warm. We couldn't sleep with the windows open because of the street noise. There were ventilators in both rooms of the appartement, but as it was in a middle of the night, we just closed the window and tried to continue sleeping :)

Location was good. Bakery across the street. Spacious living and kitchen. Lots of light.

Not clean enough. Smell of dogs. Bath tub stop broken. Old, torn towels. Bedding not clean enough. Little essential supplies. Finishing touch of interior is missing.

A convenient and functional apartment

The location was so convenient, just a short walk from the center of Spa. The apartment has basic furnishings but it is functional. Communications in English with the owners were easy and fast

No light bulb in the kitchen. Only one light working in the floor lamp.

Breakfast not included due to C19. Easy access to the apartment with key card and elevator. Clean and cosy apartment with all included. Location is great and from there you can walk to the lake or to the city.

Only improvement is the 2 single sheets in the master bed room. A large single one should be better for couples.
