Responsive hosts! Spa, so it means a lot of walking tours in the neighborhood. Nice appartement on the inside - clean, spacious, installed kitchen (no microwave). Little presents available (chocolates, coffee pads, ...).

I doubted for the score of location or facilities. Appartement is located above a 'carrosserie'. It means car-smell & garage-smell is present and difficult to keep out of the appartement. For early birds during week-days.

很棒！很有家的感觉，喜欢房东夫妇

一楼是一个汽修店，但是丝毫不受干扰（关门不吵、无气味）；房东夫妇很友好，应该同时是汽修店的老板。有洗衣机，洗涤用品齐全，甚至还细心的备了指甲钳！绝对是一大亮点！

最大的卧室没有窗，只有一个天窗（无法打开通风）

Schimmel bij de dakramen, viezige muren, opgang vanaf garage mag zeker wel aangepakt worden en die geur van de garage/spuiterij is wel heel heftig.

Appartement très bien situé près du centre de Spa. Avec emplacement parking. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires!

L’accès par le garage est surprenant mais une fois dans l’appartement on n’y pense plus. Le canapé qui pourrait être rafraîchi.

Proche du centre , parking gratuit bien équipé pour 4 personnes

Bien Accueillit, idem durant le séjour , un peu poussiéreux , le canapé-lit aussi ( étant allergiques ) mais propre malgré tout pour le reste . À vérifier odeur de cigarette froide récurent ds la salle de bain ? ? Chauffage apprécié fonctionne bien et possibilité d’aérer top , chambre bien spacieuses télé fonctionne au top aussi , petit bémol l’entrée par la carrosserie pas très propre ni accueillant mais le gîte en lui même bien . Prix un peu cher pr le gîte mais nous sommes à Spa …
