Excellent, modern, well equipped apartment. Location first class for Spa town.

Location perfect, 5 min walk to Spa town centre with easy access to all the bars and restaurants. Also 5 minute walk to the funicular straight up to the Spa Baths. Free parking outside the property easily available.

Pleasant

One bedroom apartment on the ground floor, entrance directly from the street. Spacious for two. There is a large and well equipped kitchen. Ten minutes walk from the railway station, easy to find, self check-in.

I still don't understand why the description says 2-5 people. The bedroom has one large bed. The living room has a leather sofa without linens. This is only for two who sleep in the same bed and that's it. We always rent two separate rooms because the spouse snores, but it was difficult to sleep on a leather sofa without linen. I asked the owner to bring a set, but he said that there are bedspreads. When asked if they were clean, he did not answer and did not bring anything. These 2 small synthetic bedspreads were obviously not washed, they lay next to sofa cushions, which are also usually not washed. As a result, I had to sleep as is, it was hot in summer and I didn’t suffer much. But this is certainly strange behavior.

Comfortable family stay in Spa centre

Location was great, in the centre, next to railway but we didn’t mind the sound. House was clean and the photos are accurate.

House was a bit cold initially but after contacting the host, it warmed up and we were extremely comfortable.

First of all, the apartment designed very nicely. Very comfortable communication with Benjamin the owner. The apartment is well equipped, there is everything you need for your stay: refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, plates, realy all you need. There is no parking problem, if there is no parking near the apartment, there is on the near streets. There is a very close supermarket, where you can buy groceries. The location is also close to Germany and Netherlands borders (40 min drive by car).

Just a little thing is that the towels are a bit old.

Keys were in a lock box at the front door

Communication with owner was not responsive. I called and texted to ask a question about parking, but got no response. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom.

Very well-equipped kitchen Close to town centre Very comfortable bed (the bedding smelt divine!) Even though it is right next to a railway line we had no bother from the trains. We occasionally heard them but they were not a disturbance (and I'm a light sleeper)

Very nice place to stay in a convenient central location

The apartment was located on the ground floor, was spacious, clean and nicely furnished. There was a small outdoor terrace with table and seats, which was very pleasant on a summer's evening. Although it was adjacent to a railway bridge there was no intrusion of noise from passing trains. The location was only a few minutes walk from the town centre, where there were plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.

The key lock on the front door was awkward and didn't always work first time, although the same key opened the door to the terrace, where it worked perfectly.

Location, the appartment, clean, easy parking in front of the door. In Spa - with multiple restaurants and shops nearby. Great central point for hikes.

Second night we could enjoy the neighbors television/radio sound as if it was standing in our bedroom. This was an unexpected disappointment in a for the rest perfect accommodation.

A cozy, authentic apartment with all modern comfort. It was nice to have a stove/fireplace to heat up to after a day of walking in nature. Very functional and nicely designed kitchen. At 5 minutes walking of the center, supermarket, bakery. And with hicking routes nearby. The host was very quick in responding to questions.

Loved our stay

We very much enjoyed our stay here at Spa! We received a warm welcome, thanks to the good host. The cottage was very clean kept, as good as everything was provided, all the stuff was very new,.... Price-Quality ratio is definitely in order, value for money! The cottage is less than 5 minutes from the centre. We definitely recommend this!

the only (tiny) minus was that the double room was not very well insulated. which caused the person who wanted to sleep to suffer from the TV or chatter.

Supermooi huisje, alles voorzien en meer. Je ligt mooi in het centrum van Spa.
