Comfortable stay.

Apartment was very good. It had everything we needed. Hot water runs out (in winter) when 2 ppl have taken shower one after the other. Clean apartment. Bedrooms were warm but living room was a bit cold during winter. Got free public parking right infront of the apartment. When we arrived someone was waiting for us outside. There are not sign boards or banner for the apartment so we would not have been able to find the apartment if someone was not already there. Venice was 1 hr drive away. Quick response from the host on Whatsapp. Overall comfortable stay.

Nice apartment in a perfect location

The location is great, in the heart of Pineta, right on the promenade, yet still calm and quiet since the apartment is facing the yard. The apartment is clean, spacious and the beds are comfy. One bedroom is suitable for 2 adults while the other one it enough for one adult or two children (bed size 1,5). For a longer stay the apartment could have been maybe equipped better. The host, Enrico, is very kind and helpful.

The apartment is close to the beach. There is a reasonably priced and quite good restaurant right below the apartment. The host was very friendly and gave us great advice regarding sightseeing options.

Great apartment for family

The apartment was great for our family with two little kids. There is enough place for playing mat, everything was clean so I could let my baby crawl on the ground without worries. The beach was very close as well as pizzeria which is in the same house. The owner is very kind and helpful, he also helped us with our baggage.

Our windows were situated to the street so it was noisy at night. But if you close windows you will not hear a thing.

Everything was exquisite. The location is great, very close to the beach and many restaurants. The host was very polite and he helped us several times quickly. If you want to have a comfortable and luxurious holiday, this is a perfect accommodation for you.

Super enjoyable, nice apartment and owner. Would for sure recommend it to everybody.

Apartment was super nice, clean and on the nice location. Only 2-3 min walk from the beach and also from the city center. Spare bed sheets and pillows were available, as well as everything else mentioned in the description. As a bonus there is a restaurant below the apartment with nice food.

I would be nice if there were some chairs and the table on the balcony.

A leírtaknak megfelelő szállás, jó elhelyezkedéssel és árral.

A szállás a második emeleten van, alatta egy étteremmel, mégis csendes, mivel az ablakok megfelelően szigetelnek. A központi boltsor 2-3 perc sétára van, a tengerpart 4-5 percre. Az ajtón belépve egy nappali-konyha és egy kis terasz van egy ággyá alakítható kanapéval és TVvel. Balra folyosó két szobával és egy tágas fürdőszobával (zuhany, WC, bidé, mosógép). Az egyik szobában egy egyszemélyes és egy pótágy, a másik szobában pedig egy franciaágy található, mindegyik kényelmes rugós. 4-5 személyes családnak megfelelő mennyiségű szekrény van . Légkondi működött, mindegyik szobát hűtőtte

A légkondi hőmérséklete nem szabályozható. A légkondi kültéri egysége a hálószoba ablaka alatt van, ami kicsit hangosan búg kora éjszaka. Egy mikrót hiányoltam a konyhából, de meg tudtunk mindent oldani a serpenyőkkel.

Perfekt für Familien, die ihren Urlaub genießen wollen!

Die Unterkunft ist für Familien wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut und schnell funktioniert. Auch beim Auschecken lief alles sehr reibungslos ab. Der Vermieter kam zum gewünschten Zeitpunkt und hat uns noch einige Tipps für den Tag mitgegeben. Er war wirklich sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und man hat gemerkt, dass er sich sehr bemüht hat. Die Lage ist wirklich optimal. Das Apartment ist fast direkt am Strand und ist umgeben von kleinen Shops und Restaurants. Trotzdem war es in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Auch die Ausstattung ist optimal. Es ist alles vorhanden und alles wirkt sehr neu. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch das Badezimmer ist sehr schön ausgestattet und alles ist sauber.

Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Als wir ankamen war zwar der Geruch des Abflusses etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber dies war nicht weiter schlimm, da der Geruch nach kurzem Lüften verschwunden war.

Die Lage war super!

Das Geschirr war etwas schmutzig. Aber es gibt einen Geschirrspüler und daher konnte ich das rasch reinigen. WC Papier war für drei Nächte und vier Personen zu wenig. Es gab keine Reinigungstücher und Geschirrspültabs in der Küche.
