Exceptional stay with outstanding hospitality from Marco

We had a lovely stay at Crepetta & Bricola in Lignano. The apartment was clean, well-located, and just a short walk from the beach. We arrived with a baby and they provided a travel cot complete with an anti-suffocation mattress, pillow, bedding and even a high chair. It was a very kind gesture and made our stay so much easier. But what truly made the experience special was Marco. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and was incredibly helpful when we encountered a problem, handling everything with kindness and professionalism. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and genuinely caring. We truly appreciated all his efforts and highly recommend this place!

Nice location & clean apartment (but 0 WiFi)

It was not even a 5 minute walk to the beach! The apartment was also pretty spacey and clean. The bathroom + the shower were big and also very nice :) The beds were comfortable, and we didn't have too much noise waking us up from the outside. The host was super nice, and even though he only spoke italian, he gave his best to communicate with us via google translator etc. He was very helpful and chill whenever we asked sth or had problems.

Horrible WiFi or rather none at all. Apparently it's a local problem, but I personally can't imagine that everyone living around this area has zero WiFi at all every day. So please be prepared for that. It's not the worst but one of my friends intended to study a bit but that was impossible at the end which was quite frustrating. No soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs or towel for the kitchen. I wish that would've been provided by the host. Because I don't think it should be the guest's responsibility to bring any of that / buy it just for the vacation.

Ich hatte einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in einer schönen Umgebung

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Ich kann sehr wenig italienisch und die Gastgeber können nur italienisch, aber über eine App konnten wir uns sehr gut verständigen. Sehr schöne Einrichtung des Apartments. Alles war vorhanden laut Beschreibung auf Booking. Überraschung war die Kaffee-Maschine. Ich hatte extra Nespresso-Kapseln mitgebracht, aber die passten nicht. Man braucht spezielle Kapseln. Am ersten Tag konnte ich noch die 2 vorhandenen Kapseln nutzen. Leider kaufte ich am nächsten Tag andere falsche Kapseln, das waren Kaffee-Pads. Aber ich weiß mir zu helfen ! Wenn ich einen Kaffee im Apartment trinken wollte, hatte ich einfach den Kaffee aus einem Pad in die Tasse gefüllt und mit dem Wasserkocher aufgebrüht. Ich konnte noch einen Toaster gebrauchen, den es nicht gab. Zufällig gab es im Eurospar gerade einen guten Toaster in Aktion, den ich kaufte, und am Ende dem Apartment zur Verfügung stellte. Ich war zum Schluss der letzte Gast dieser Saison in dieser sehr schönen Unterkunft, das hatte auf jeden Fall den Vorteil, dass es sehr ruhig war. Eigentlich finde ich es sowieso sehr schade, dass die Saison so früh endet, was ich vor meiner Anreise gar nicht wusste. Saisonschluss bedeutet, dass nur noch sehr wenige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten geöffnet sind. Aber darauf kann man sich einstellen. Ich liebe italienisches Essen, Obst, Gemüse ... und davon habe ich noch genug gefunden ! Ich habe alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Lignano aufgesucht und je einen Ausflug nach Bibione und nach Venedig unternommen. Ich möchte mich noch entschuldigen, weil ich im Fernseh-Gerät die Menü-Sprache auf Deutsch umgestellt hatte und am letzten Tag vergessen hatte, es wieder zurück zu stellen.

Ich kann nur 3 Kleinigkeiten erwähnen: - An einem Tag hatte es fast den ganzen Tag gewittert. Dafür kann niemand etwas ! Aber an diesem Tag hätte ich mir eine Lese-Lampe in der Nähe des Sofas gewünscht. Das wäre gemütlicher gewesen, als die helle Deckenlampe. Deswegen habe ich bei der Beleuchtung nicht die höchste Bewertung gegeben. - Ich liebe es, dass es in Italien ein Bidet im Bad gibt ! Als Frau benutze ich es gerne verkehrt herum. Das war aber nicht möglich, weil der Abstand auf der einen Seite zum WC und auf der anderen Seite zum Waschtisch-Unterschrank zu eng ist. - Das Haupt-Problem vom Saison-Schluss ist, dass es am Strand oder in der Nähe kein geöffnetes WC mehr gibt !

Schönes, modernes Apartment! Gute Ausstattung, sehr geräumig. Tolle Aussicht von der Dachterrasse! Allgemeiner Pool zur Mitbenutzung. 5 min vom Strand entfernt- man geht durch einen sehr schönen "Park" zum Strand.

Parkplatz muss in der Nähe gesucht werden, ist aber immerhin gratis.

Dovolenka pre rodinu úplne super

Lokalita úplne úžasná, blízko bola pláž, obchody, reštaurácie aj požičovňa bicyklov. V podstate na tej ulici už nemôžete byť bližšie k pláži. Vpredu pred platenými slečníkmi na pláži sa dá rozložiť deka či uterák zadarmo. Pláže ako stvorené pre deti. Prítomný plavčík. Prezliekarne, wc aj detské ihrisko bezplatne. Výborné podmienky. Bazén perfektný, čistý s lehátkami. Bazén je dosť hlboký, ale nebol problém s nafukovačkami a kolesami či rukávnikmi sa deti perfektne vyhrali a parádne prestriedali kúpanie v mori a v bazéne. Ubytovanie čisté pekné. Wifi bez problémov. Klíma úplne postačujúca rýchla. K dispozícií bola aj jedna práčka pre všetkých. Úplne stačila. Sušiak na prádlo bol pevný a kvalitný. Každý apartmán mal separovaný odpad na svojej terase. Do 20 m boli aj sudaky na ulici. Mali sme z druhej strany aj balkon. V TV bol nastaveny nejaky detský chorvatsky program a stačil 😃 V noci krásne osvetlený areál. Romantika!

V popise ubytovania je napísané parkovanie zdarma, ale ide o parkovanie zdarma v okolí a nie fixne v rámci areálu. Trochu bol problém nájsť miesto na parkovanie, nakoľko ide o miesto blízko pláže a teda áut tam bolo veľa. Ale dovolili nám zaparkovať do areálu, kým nenájdeme miesto, čo oceňujem. Ale potom sme už autom radšej nikde nešli 😀 Kuchyňa bola slabo vybavená. Nebola tam rúra a chýbalo základné náradie ako vareška. Odporúčam vziať sáčky na odpad. Pre dvoch je ubytovanie asi úplne v poriadku ale pre štyroch ľudí je tam málo miesta na ukladanie. Napr. chýba skrinka na potraviny a nejaký botník na topánky. Blízkosť pláže prináša v niektoré dni hluk od pláže z večernej diskotéky, ale zas nebolo to do rána. Iba tieto tri veci mi trochu vadili, ale inak odporúčam všetkými desiatimi 😊

Appartamento rinnovato, molto curato nei dettagli, con molti extra (capsule caffè, pastiglie lavastoviglie, sapone, bagnoschiuma). Posizione tranquilla e vicinissima alla spiaggia, la piscina era poco affollata. Comodi parcheggi in strada

Perfekt!!!

Das Appartment ist sehr gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sogar Kaffee der sehr gut war, Essig/Öl Portionen, Zucker, Salz wurden in Portionen bereitgestellt. Der Hausmeister war sehr freundlich. Der kurze Weg zum Meer, Die ruhige Lage, der Pool, die saubere Anlage. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Die Abdunklungs Jalousie beim kleinen Fenster ober dem Einzelbett sollte näher ober dem Fenster montiert werden damit es auch wirklich abdunkelt. So wie es jetzt ist fällt Helligkeit ins Zimmer.

Fabio und Lorella sind außergewöhnlich freundliche Gastgeber. Der Pool war am 1. Mai bereits geöffnet... was für eine schöne Überraschung, das Meer nur wenige Meter entfernt!

Manchmal Parkplatz-Situation, leider gibt es keine Parkplätze direkt für die Unterkunft - für uns war es in der Vorsaison ganz gut möglich, Hauptsaison ist sicher schwierig.

Cudowny pobyt majówkowy!

Naprawdę polecam ten obiekt. Cały wyjazd był dla nas niesamowicie satysfakcjonujący. Spędziliśmy tu majówkę w 4 osoby, loft nie był duży, ale dla nas odpowiedni. Właściciele nie mówili po angielsku, jednak udało nam się dogadać we wszystkich kwestiach za pomocą tłumacza. Lokalizacja była wprost obłędna. Piękna, cicha okolica, kilka minut spacerem do morza i blisko centrum. Niedaleko jest wypożyczalnia rowerów, z której również z przyjemnością skorzystaliśmy. Z pewnością jest to niezapomniane doświadczenie, które chcielibyśmy powtórzyć w przyszłości.

Jedna rolka papieru toaletowego była zapewniona przez obiekt, po skończeniu należy zaopatrzyć się w niego we własnym zakresie. Zdziwiliśmy się, jednak nie zaburzyło to w żadnym stopniu naszych ogólnych odczuć.

Molto buono

Appartamento posizionato in pineta, quindi fuori dal centro e lontano dai locali/negozi quindi se cerchi la tranquillità la posizione è ottima. vicinissimo anche alla spiaggia. L'appartamento è grande e spazioso, fornito di tutto, c'è anche la lavastoviglie. Mobili nuovi e moderni. Arredato con stile. Davvero molto bello. Anche il bagno è molto grande. Doccia grande con soffione grande anche quello. Trovato prodotti da bagno in omaggio e phon a disposizione dei clienti con anche diffusore (mai trovato in altri alloggi). Ci sono sempre dei custodi molto gentili e disponibili proprio nella casa accanto.

L'appartamento essendo stato ricavato da due garage l'ho trovato un po' umido (soggiornato a Pasqua 2025 quindi non con sole caldo). Nellla sala/cucina c'era condizionatore anche x scaldare ma nella camera no. I letti erano un po' scomodi. Altro difetto che però è soggettivo: non ci sono ante o tapparelle per cui la mattina, anche se ci sono i tendoni, l'appartamento è illuminato a giorno e per me che non dormo con la luce è un problema. Questo solo per il nostro appartamento che era al piano terra/garage. Gli altri appartamenti avevano tapparelle Il giardino/patio esterno è in comune con altro appartamento, io comunque non l'ho usato perché era aprile e il tempo non era il massimo.
