10/10 per l'arte nell'appartamento.
Vista mare da tutte le stanze, veramente fantastico. C'è anche un terrazzino con 2 tavolini dove poter stare/mangiare. In 5/10 minuti a piedi uno è già in spiaggia o nella via principale di Pineta (con i negozi, ristoranti e supermercati).
C'è la lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro, phon. Non sono presenti saponi/shampoo/ecc.
Cucina ben fornita di utensili e piatti.
Parcheggio possibile.
Appartamento pulito.
Proprietario/ gestore molto veloce e attento a gestire i problemi segnalati degli ospiti.

Non funzionava la televisione e neanche 2 luci.
Il proprietario è stato abbastanza veloce a gestire la situazione, chiamando un' elettricista per risolvere il problema.

Appartamento spazioso e pulito. Cucina ben fornita di stoviglie e pentole. Lenzuola incluse. Posto auto compreso nel prezzo all'interno del condominio. Si trova all'8° piano, ma ci sono 2 ascensori. In posizione tranquilla, molto vicino alla spiaggia.
Host molto gentile e disponibile.
Tutto bene, ma è importante sapere che viene fornito 1 solo salviettone a persona; non c'è il tappeto per il bagno. Nessun kit di cortesia.
In cucina trovate spugna e detersivo per i piatti, ma non ci sono essenziali (olio, sale, pepe...).

Wir waren überrascht, wie einfach der Check-in war.
Die Wohnung hat uns in allen Punkten sehr gut gefallen. Sie war sauber, groß und gut ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz für Autos und Fahrräder ist groß und sicher. Der Blick aufs Meer zusammen mit dem Frühstück war ein besonderes Highlight und der perfekte Start in den Tag.
Der Abschied fiel uns schwer, aber wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an dem tollen Gastgeber!
