The holiday home is a terraced house and furnished in a functional and typical country style. The property is located in a residence. Available for use: terrace and garden furniture. +++ Light WI-FI (no streaming no download) available on request (not included in the price). FOR ARRIVALS ON 20.05.2026 and 21.05.2026 and 22.05.2026 and 23.05.2026 the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Families are excluded. ++ PETS:: Only small dogs up to 20 kg allowed. Lignano Sabbiadoro. The holiday home is located in a residence, on a enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The terraced villas are located in a beautiful residential area between Lignano Sabbiadoro and Pineta, approx. 1 km from the beach and the centre of Sabbiadoro. Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house. The covered car park in the basement of the house is suitable for two smaller or one larger car. Further parking spaces are available on the public road.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from mid May to mid September). Depending on weather conditions, the pool is open from mid-May to mid-September.

1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, access to the balcony and all beds in the bedroom have a topper. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Top floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds and all beds in the bedroom have a topper. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
