Really enjoyable for a weekend of swimming

Pleasant but basic.

The complex was very pleasant to walk around and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was also generally quiet, and drinks in the complex were very reasonably priced.

The rooms were "basic" and beds not very comfortable. There was nothing wrong with the room, just adequate. As it was out of season, there was no direct access to the beach which was disappointing and there were very few places where you could get a snack etc between meal serving times. Breakfast was also basic, but adequate. Having more places to refill water bottles would have been better too.

The only thing to like really is how convenient it is when you have an event on at the village.

The food. Please do not get the full board option. It was completely inedible. I would feel embarrassed serving the food they did!

Old place, needs renovation

The beach.

The place is old. Around the pool was dirty, the shower around the pool wasn't working. You cannot sleep at night because of the kids screaming in the hall to 1 am. The breakfast was poor, we only stayed one night, I wouldn't consider more.

Pleasant

Lei and Laura were very nice Lei was in the cafeteria for each of our meals and she always had a smile on her face and was so welcoming she was the best part of our visit. Even though she was very busy she kept asking if we needed anything. The pool was nice and it was kept very warm which was wonderful for swimmers. The hotel common areas had a lot of space for gathering and the cafe bar was very accomodating. The group organization arranged a wine tasting and that was wonderful too.

The heat in our room wasn't adjustable and it was difficult to find our room the first night. The bed rail wasn't attached to the bed and it fell and hit my daughter. I let the reception know and they are going to fix it but just something to check before you go to sleep since they are very heavy. Most of the amenities are closed and the hotel is off season but the prices are quite expensive if you're traveling with multiple younger children. The ATM onsite was broken.

every thing apart from the water park and beach food was disgusting rooms wasn’t cleaned and we are all covered in bed bug bites staff where very rude especially in the food halls

it’s a good place with lots to do there & it was in a good location with lots of parking

We ordered a room with a queen bed. Room had 4 tiny twin beds instead. The AC shut off in the middle of the night & it was super warm trying to get ready the next day. told front desk who said they’d turn it & they did not. The free breakfast was good but you had to pay if you wanted coffee.

The grounds had so many activities.

It was fine but we wanted more of a hotel and this was like a dorm. It was so hot I couldn't sleep. The food wasn't that good and there was no variety

Cockroach in the room, at arrival at 22:45 they gave me the key of another customer's room, I had to go back to reception twice in order to change room and give keys back, so I missed the chance to eat something at any restaurant as everything closed at 23

Good place

Huge property, good for walking around & going to the beach. Not a ton of people (in September).

The shower was small. The “queen” bed was 2 small beds pushed together & woke up with horrible hip pain from sleeping in the middle where they separated. Very uncomfortable bed. The breakfast was nothing special - sliced sandwich meat & cheese & some crunchy bread & horrible brown water “coffee”.

Good sport hotel with an amazing view.

The hotel was at the seaside. The environment was really nice. There were lot of sport facilities. The aquapark was also nice. The kids loved it. The food was ok.

I missed the vegetable from the breakfast. I was not informed in advance, that we would live in the Paralympic hotel. It would have been good to prepare my kids in advance. They could handle it nicely, but it was not easy at the beginning. When we paid for a service, the staff did not know about it. It took more than a half an hour to discover that we were right. It was not that nice.

Bellissimo posto

Ottima la colazione, personale addetto ottimo ed attento, grande gentilezza. Reception all'arrivo impeccabile. ottima l'idea della mappa per spostarsi all'interno della struttura.

Camera lascia un pò a desiderare, consiglio alla reception di informarsi dal cliente al momento della prenotazione a quale struttura deve accedere per evitargli di spostarsi in auto.

Kurztrip einmal und nie wieder

Frühstück war ok aber halt wie in einer Jugendherberge, Kaffee war gar nicht gut leider. Lage ist natürlich top.

Es war eine Judo Competition in der Anlage und die Jugendlichen haben die ganze Nacht gefeiert, von einem Zimmer zum nächsten, die Türen zugeknallt und am Flur fangen gespielt…. Keine Betreuer weit und breit… für normale Gäste keine Chance ein Auge zuzumachen…

Goed verblijf waar ik voor aanwezig was

Het ontbijt was best goed en het was er rustig.

De kamers zijn al jaren hetzelfde, hier gebeurt niet veel. Het complex werd speciaal gekozen voor een zwemwedstrijd die op het complex plaats vond. De acco is vrij eenvoudig en gedateerd. Lignano Sabbiadoro zal in de zomer zeker een top badplaats zijn in de winter, beter gezegd het naseizoen, een ingeslapen plaatsje.

Staff maleducato. La referente della cucina ha aggredito verbalmente sia la mia famiglia che i miei genitori che avevano fatto una prenotazione diversa da noi. Ci ha maltrattati perchè siamo arrivati tardi alla cena e abbiamo solo domandato se si poteva mangiare visto che la sala era piena. La cameriera coccolissima ci ha fatto accomodare, noi e 2 dei nostri figli, 4-8 anni. É arrivata poi la referente che ci ha maltrattato dicendo che le persone in sala avevano un altra prenotazione e che non gli eta mai successo una cosa così...noi abbiamo fatto solo presente che abbiamo solo chiesto se si poteva e ci avevano fatto accomodare...bastava dire di no e non avremmo detto nulla...alla fine ha mangiato il bambino di 8 anni celiaco e basta poi ci siamo dovuti arrangiare. I miei genitori soggiornavano alla struttura pineta. Alle 8 gli hanno svegliati per fare le pulizie in camera. Sempre la stessa referente dei pasti li ha maltrattati per i pasti perche sono andati a cena in orario e lei invece voleva mangiassero 40 minuti dopo. Cuscini pressoché inesistenti abbiamo chiesto ad amici se ce li portavano Come se non bastasse alle 7:30 di mattina nella nostra struttura ha iniziato a suonare l'allarme anti incendio, ma quest ultima cosa può accadere.
