Location-easy to access,close to convenience stores and shopping area
It’s quite small for 4 persons.
There is not enough space to open the suitcase.

Property location is close to everything, 2 train stations, and lots of restaurants and cafe and supermarkets nearby that are open till late night or even 24 hrs. Donki is just a few steps away.
I had stayed on the first floor, which had been very convenient since I had two heavy luggages. The downside had been that I could hear footsteps from the second floor. When I arrived, the floor and carpet had not been properly cleaned, and there had been a few spots of dirt. Also, could’ve been nice if rice cooker is available. Shower is also quite small.

Location is 15 minutes walk from main shinjuku area. Somewhat spacious compared to a hotel room.
Only downside was the noise. Neighbouring rooms could easily be heard and each night both sides were yelling and screaming between midnight and 2am!
I contacted the host each night when loud noises were after midnight. They responded fast within an hour, however all they could do was message the other guests. Not all guests checked the message and continued their loud noises. So it affected my sleep
