Choć maly, ale schludny i komfortowy apartament zlokalizowany na nowym osiedlu na obrzezach Ilawy.
Byloby 10+ gdyby nie brak ekspresu do kawy i nocnej lampki.

Apartament, udogodnienia, wszystko na plus. Minusem jest "regulamin". Nie wiem z kim właściciel miał wcześniej do czyniena, ale regulamin jest napisany jak dla kryminalisty, który właśnie opuścił więzienie i znalazł swoje pierwsze lokum. Czułem się tam jak niechciany kryminalista, którego jedynym celem jest urządzenie imprezy roku z współwięźniami i zdemolowanie wszystkiego na około. Wisienką na torcie jest nakaz wyniesienia po sobie śmieci. Właściciel ma jakąś psychozę. Nie polecam ludziom, którzy mają mało czasu i chcą się przespać w komfortowych warunkach - mimo, że lokal i miejscówka jest świetna, ale po przeczytaniu regulaminu, przed wyjściem 5x obejrzałem się za sobą czy psychol który to wymyślił nie naliczy mi dodatkowych opłat.
