- Dużo przestrzeni w mieszkaniu. - Sporo sprzętów kuchennych. - W pobliżu rzeka i deptak. - Wygodny salon.
- Śmierdząca, przepocona pościel - raczej nie została wymieniona przed naszym przyjazdem. - Był ekspres kapsułkowy, ale nie było kapsułek. - W piekarniku znaleźliśmy blachę napełnioną starym olejem. - Niezbyt czyste blaty w kuchni.
