Quiet area, close to the lake, good coffee machine, fast internet

The lake view, close to the lake shore, very quiet area. The property has a really good fiber internet, around 130/130 mbps up/down. I would suggest uploading screenshot of "speedtest.net" from your property! If there were better (bigger) tables in the rooms (maybe some rooms), with a nice lake view - it could be a very good spot for remote work/workations.

No shops around (the only one around is temporarily close), without a car it is a bit of walk to buy something. Would be nice if there were bicycles to rent as there are many cycling paths around.

The location was great, very close to the center and good restaurants. We found owners very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed it very much. It was also suitable for kids due to comfortable room and surrendering area. I would recommend.

Great value, super clean and exceeded my expectations!

Amazing property. You can’t beat the value you get for the price. The couple running it are super friendly and helpful and the rooms and shared kitchen are immaculately clean. Great shower with heated towel rack, great view of the lake. Wish I could come back in the warmer months to take advantage of the balcony and outdoor space. Highly recommend!!!

Really good value for money hotel. Host was attentive and friendly. Room had two types of bottled water, tea, coffee and cream as a courtesy, which was a nice touch.

Although clean and with nice covers, the bed pillows, blanket and mattress seems to be from before the hotel's renovation time. They could use an update for firmness.

Forget the rest, this is the best. A clean and well maintained property with a personal touch and attention to detail. The hard working owners combine being stealth like, with being available for any requirements and an active interest in the quality of your stay. A lovely room, amazing shared kitchen facility, balconies and communal feel. Ample parking, bbq, garden and location. What more can I say. This is where to stay. Dzieki

The place is amazing .clean facilities..helpful staff MARCIN very understanding and helpful .Speaks good English so communication for English speaking people is cartered for. Amazing view of the lake for some rooms and well oriented and organized place .... ..all in all i recommend the place..

Polecam na krótki wyjazd, w pokoju spokojnie możespac rodzina 2+2. Pokój był przestronny, a łazienka duża. Dobrze wyposa

Bliskość do plaży, duża łazienka, duży balkon, lodówka w pokoju, aneks kuchenny, ładny widok z balkonu.

Dwa osobne łóżka (były średnio wygodne), niskie ciśnienie wody w prysznicu (ciężko umyć włosy).

Nie wieder!

Gefallen hat mir die tolle Lage, sowie die Küche.

Dusche hat niedrigen Druck, die eingangstür war defekt, dies wurde vom Inhaber nicht bemerkt, erst nachdem man bei booking angerufen hat. Bad schlampig gefliest, was uns nicht gestört hat. Kissen gab es nur ein kleines pro Person, wir haben uns selbst ein großes 80x80 kaufen müssen. Es werden mehr Parkplätze vermietet, wie es gibt. Man steht im Matsch und nicht auf dem asphalt. Großes no go wenn der Parkplatz im Preis enthalten ist. WLAN funktioniert nicht. Nur wenn man unten haust, wir waren ganz oben. Zudem war bei Ankunft der Toiletten Deckel schief und locker, ein Licht war ebenfalls defekt. Dies wurde jedoch schnell behoben. Das fligengitter ist defekt gewesen am Fenster. Die Inhaberin sollte meiner Meinung nach keine Inhaberin sein. Der Mann der Inhaberin ist super nett. Ich persönlich empfehle hier KEINEN Aufenthalt!

Przyjemnie i klimatycznie

Dla dwóch osób apartament wyjątkowo duży i wygodny, z oddzielną sypialnią, przestronną łazienką i balkonem. Do tego z widokiem na Jeziorak i zlokalizowany niemalże przy plaży, w pobliżu portu i marin. Najbliższy sklep spożywczy (długo czynny i dobrze zaopatrzony) oddalony jest od Villi Orient o około 250 m. Brzegiem jeziora/bulwarami można dojść spacerkiem (podziwiając widoki) do centrum Iławy. Warto nadmienić również o bezproblemowym parkowaniu przy obiekcie, ogólnie dostępnej, dobrze wyposażonej, dużej kuchni z częścią jadalną i przestronnym tarasie, na którym można spokojnie zjeść i posiedzieć.

Zdecydowanie brakowało wieszaków w łazience (jeden pojedynczy egzemplarz przytwierdzony do ściany to stanowczo za mało, nawet jeśli jest grzejnik rurowy, który zresztą poza sezonem grzewczym raczej słabo się sprawdza jako wieszak). W części dziennej apartamentu przydałby się stolik kawowy albo ława (dostosowane wysokością do sofy), a w aneksie kuchennym przynajmniej nastawna kuchenka choćby z jednym palnikiem (decydując się na miejscówkę z aneksem kuchennym wolałoby się mieć "pełne" wyposażenie pod ręką).

Dobre miejsce na krótki wypad nad jezioro.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, czysto, dostęp do kuchni, parking.

Materac na łóżku zbyt miękki co wpłynęło na jakość snu. Bardzo wysoki próg przy wyjściu z łazienki do pokoju co grozi złamaniem palca u stopy, a niestety kilkukrotnie uderzyłam w niego. Trzeba bardzo uważać na tę różnicę wysokości.
