+Lokalizacja +Bardzo przestronne, dwupoziomowe mieszkanie +Bardzo klimatyczne - super wystrój w stylu kolonialnym/podróżniczym/misyjnym +Bardzo szybki i miły kontakt z Gospodarzem (mail) +Pełne wyposażenie kuchni oraz łazienek +TV +Widok na zabytkowy budynek szkoły, park i rondo - piękno tego miasta na wyciągnięcie ręki
-Brak parkingu ( na spokojnie udało się zaparkować bezpłatnie po drugiej stronie ulicy ;-)) -Brak klimatyzacji ( w czasie rekordowych upałów w mieszkaniu było ok. 31-33 st., trochę klimat sauny) -Skrzypiące łóżko ( bardzo wygodne, tylko hałasowało przy jakiejkolwiek próbie przemieszczenia się) -Giga plac budowy od strony podwórka ( od 6:30 zwarte brygady przy budowaniu/remoncie nowego obiektu mieszkalnego z pełnym spektrum odgłosów charakterystycznych dla tego typu prac)
