Blisko jezioro, sklepy, miejsce parkingowe pod domem. Przestronny i bardzo ładny pokój, klimatyzacja, ręczniki. Ogólnodostępna kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona.
Nie ma takiej rzeczy.

Wyjątkowe to, że dostęp do kuchni, a w niej kawa, herbata, mleko, lodówka, mikrofalówka i kuchenka. Wszystko przemyślane w najdrobniejszym szczególe zarówno w kuchni, jak i również w pokoju.
Ruch uliczny i hałas nocnej imprezy w sąsiedztwie.

Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Dobrze wyposażona wspólna kuchnia. Wygodne łóżko. Dobre i szybkie wi-fi.
Dosyć głośno w nocy. Ściany nie są chyba zbyt dźwiękoszczelne. W pokoju mógłby się znaleźć chociaż czajnik elektryczny i kubki. Problemy z tv. Mało które kanały działają. Światło w pokoju jest bardzo słabe.
