    Smart and stylish and comfortable; bring a small car or take instruction or travel by train
    Well appointed and well equipped - stylish house one can relax in; sunny garden with chairs and fairly private
    Ridiculous garage, build side-on, and off a narrow road - so no room to swing the front; top of steep hill in all directions; hard to find on first arrival and nowhere even to unload without tackling the parallel parking at the end of a long, tiring journey

    Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
    The house was well maintained and fully equipped and the garden was beautiful. The instructions for the equipment was easily understood and the house was light and airy despite being surrounded by other buildings
    The only issue was the hill getting to it from the town

    Perfect in just about every way.
    Great location and well appointed house. Garden and garden furniture were perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach, or walking the coast path.
    The garage was a trifle awkward (as described) so we took out a week's ticket for the nearby Barnoon Car Park (only £25 for the week)

    Perfect base for stay in St Ives
    This was a really homely, comfortable and well equipped property. We found it was a short walk into town. Beds were comfortable, everything very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. Great bonus for us having a washing machine, cot and high chair available for use too.
    The garage parking is tight, so any non-confident drivers I would recommend finding alternative parking but we managed to get our Ford Focus estate in fine with a bit of ‘shuffling’.
