The view from the balcony was incredible! The apartment is silent, cozy, has everything needed for cooking, hosts are nice, and we spent super chill time on the top of the mountain. One needs to drive up from the valley for some time, but we did groceries in advance and didn't leave the area for 2 days.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Apartmenthaus auf der Kanzelhöhe.
Die Wohnfläche ist sehr großzügig und bietet genügend Raum für einen entspannten Familienurlaub. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt-an alles gedacht.
Das Panorama Fenster wie auch der Balkon bieten einen Atemberaubenden Blick über Villach, Karawanken, Julische Alpen und die Seenlandschaft in Kärnten.
Der hauseigene Pool wie auch die zugehörigen Sanitäranlagen sind in einem Top Zustand-hier wird von der Eigentümergemeinschaft viel Geld investiert.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt natürlich auch perfekt im Gebiet der Kanzelhöhe. Das Gebiet der Gerlitzen mit einer Vielzahl an Wandermöglichkeiten und Einkehrmöglichkeiten (bewirtschaftete Hütten) ist komplett fußläufig erreichbar (genauso die Gipfelbahn)

Beautiful location, easy access to ski slopes, very clean. Great communication with the host.
