Widok, basen (chociaż woda mogła by być w okresie letnim ciut chłodniejsza ale jest to oddzielna kwestia nie zależna od właściciela pokoju). Wyposażenie (oprócz wielkości lodówki ale za ilość sprzętu na takiej przestrzeni to i tak wielki plus). W pomieszczeniu wspólnym niedaleko basenu jest pralnia. Jedynie trzeba się zaopatrzyć w dużą ilość monet o wartości 1€ aby z niej korzystać. Kawałek dalej w tym samym korytarzu również dobrze wyposażony pokój dla dzieci ( puzzle, gry planszowe, piłkarzyki) i chociaż nasze pociechy to już nastolatki to jest to kolejny plus dla całości.
No jak mam się przyczepić to na czery dorosłe osoby które wolą gotować niż odwiedzać restauracje to lodówka ciut przy mała ale ze względu na wielkość całego apartamentu piszę to aby cała ocena nie była za słodka ;D
