清潔に管理されていて、冷蔵庫や家具類も4人の滞在にはちょうど良かったです。
お風呂場が狭かった点とお風呂場にイスがあると良かった。一階にトイレがないのも少し不便でした。

The house is almost new, all facilities as well, excellent design in Japanese style but very modern with all necessary facilities. You can choose to sleep on futons or regular beds with comfortable mattresses. The living room with kitchen is upstairs but I understand due to a view at the Fuji mountain (which is excellent when the weather allows it). Peaceful and quite neighborhood, a walking distance to shops as 7/11 and to the public transport (bus 15 min).
The very small disadvantage is a restroom/bathroom upstairs, for the night walkers to toilet could be inconvenient to climb on the stairs and back.
