近くにお店があったので、食事や買い物が出来たので良かったです😊 3人で宿泊しましたが、ダブルベッドに1人ずつと和室に布団を敷いて 広々と寝る事が出来て疲れを取ることが出来ました＼(^o^)／

チェックインやチェックアウトをタブレットで操作するのが、不慣れで戸惑って難しかった。 チェックアウトがちゃんと出来たのか電話連絡をしてしまいました。 マグカップを使う時に、汚れが落ちていなかったので、洗い直したのですが汚れが落ちなかったので漂白剤を使って汚れを落として欲しいと思いました(^_^;) アメニティで、歯ブラシセットがなかったので、付けて欲しいと思いました(^_^;) ガスメーターの点検する所？が開いていたので覗いたら、黒猫ちゃんが居て、目が光っていたのでびっくりしました。人懐っこい黒猫ちゃんですが、道路に出てしまうんじゃないかと心配でした。宿泊施設にメールをしました。どうやら飼われているらしいので安心しました。

The parts of the apartment that were still a bit "retro", and how clean and in good condition the accommodation was. It's location, only 15 minutes from the Isawa-Onsen, and being between a Donki, Aeon, and Universe, all help.

The Kitchen and Bathrooms were a bit basic. The check-in device was not entirely functional during the beginning.

浴室のドアは改善したほうがよいです。

The property is well located in Isawa Onsen. There are many restaurants and convenience stores in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and it is only a 10 minute walk to the JR Isawa Onsen Station on the Chuo Line. Additionally, there is a large super market/department store 100m from the property. The property itself has two double beds in a six tatami mat room with an additional two futons in the living room cupboard. The property had been cleaned and the bins emptied when we checked in. The property has an easy to use washing machine and the flat screen TV is a good size. Communication with the host was good and information on how to get to the property and the code to the key lock was provided with plenty of time.

We travelled as a family of four. We selected an apartment as we prefer to self cater for extended stays as a means of saving money. Unfortunately, no such apartments were available in the Kofu area so we had to settle for the Isawa apartment, knowing the cooking is not permitted. This policy is emphasised by the equipment provided. There is only a microwave oven and a hot water kettle. The fridge is of bar fridge size. No glassware is provided, just coffee cups and in the cutlery just spoons, forks and chopsticks. No knives, not even table knives. No bowls were provided, just plates. Very rudimentary, meaning your self catering options were restricted to ready made bentos from the supermarket, bakery items and instant tea and coffee. The bed linen is also fairly basic, with only a bottom sheet provided and a duvet/doona. The pillows are extremely thin and provide no head support at all. The provided parking bay is quite narrow and unfortunately positioned between a wall and a large car. Additionally, the car immediately behind the parking bay is also large, making parking anything larger than a K car very difficult. I would recommend this property for those needing short term accommodation for a large group you have no intention of eating in. Not recommended for those wanting to self-cater over an extended period.
