De accommodatie ligt in een rustige omgeving, met een supermarkt in de nabijhied. In de buurt zijn veel leuke uitstapjes te maken. Tokyo is goed bereikbaar per expresstrein. De gastheer is heel zorgzaam, maakt vaak schoon en vervangt handdoeken.
De matrassen zouden zachter mogen zijn. De slaapkamer heeft geen raam voor frisse lucht.

滞在中、不自由さを全く感じなかった。
とにかく、過ごしやすかった。
電子レンジ、炊飯器、トースター、食器、カトラリー、包丁、まな板、鍋、ザル、簡易ガスコンロなどなど揃っており、朝夕自炊することができました。
土鍋をおかりして、お鍋を楽しみました。

清掃がしっかりと行き届いており、アメニティも充実していました。チェックインの時に、管理人の方が出てきてご挨拶もしてくださいました。
建物自体は少し年季が入っているところ。ですが、しっかりと清掃されています。
