Marie est une personne adorable qui fait tout pour contenter ses hôtes .Elle nous a gentiment accueilli en avance . Elle compense l’isolement du logement en nous véhiculant à la laverie au restaurant ou au onsen ou à l’arrêt de bus .Elle nous a prêté des vélos pour faire le tour du lac , nous propose de nous emmener voir le lever de soleil sur le mont Fuji

Inutile de prendre la chambre avec vue sur le mont Fuji, les arbres ont poussés. Les chambres sont petites et assez rustiques avec moquette et rideaux un peu poussiéreux

Petit déjeuner Japonais copieux et différent chaque jour. L'emplacement de la pension Marie est dans un environnement calme. Il est même possible de voir des daims en liberté lors du petit déjeuner !

Beautiful house, very comfortable beds and facilities, the house is big so you have enough space for your luggage and to move around. The room has a heater/AC. Great location. You can rent a bike just outside the house and take a stroll around the lake. Marie goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of. She welcomed us with some hot and delicious tea, helped with our bags and even let us keep the big luggage in the living room so we didn't have to carry it up the stairs. She offered to drive us to get something for dinner and then drive us back. She explained which bus we needed to take and drove us to the station. The bathroom is very clean. The showers are super comfortable and have everything you need. Marie reserved the shower for us and put a heater inside before our shower time so we wouldn't be cold. She is always attentive to our needs and you can tell she really loves her job. It's a pleasure to stay there.

The bath was amazing! Cute little place and the lady who runs it is sooo sweet. She gave us snacks and tea.

Someone took my friends shoes from the genkan. Not the staffs fault really but was a bit awkward ... Was some bugs inside, had a mosquito in the room while I was sleeping.
