DO NOT BOOK. Unless you are prepared to loose your €150 deposit. We stayed a month ago and despite messages and emails we have not received a reply or received our deposit back. There has been no attempt to contact us.

We were disappointed, unsatisfied, stressed, will never return or recommend staying there!

Induction cooktop was difficult to operate Kitchen table had wobbly legs, afraid it would collapse Outside not too clean, a lot of spider webs above entry door Confusing instructions how to get in, to find the bungalow No one there to help. Didn’t know there was a $150,00 deposit fee to be paid prior to entry, that also was difficult to navigate. Met a rude man outside facilities who seemed to be the owner, was not helpful, rude, yelled at us, threatened to cancel reservation. If we didn’t remove our car immediately out of the driveway so he could enter, our phone was about to lose battery charge which we needed for the telephone instructions, , keypad combination, silo bungalow which was hard to find. Signs were small, went through every door looking before we finally found it! Bad location, no room to pull over!Busy street with heavy local traffic.

We were only there about 12 hours, we stayed after a day at Efteling. It was comfortable.

Weird 150€ deposit, that we struggled to get back
I didn't understand why we had to pay a 150€ deposit for our stay, given that we had already paid the total accommodation price in advance. And the worst part is 1 month after, I check spontaneously my account to know if we got back the deposit, and here we started hearing all kinds of excuses, that the staff is on holiday, then the system was not working, ... I had to spend a good quality time following up and keeping track that we get our deposit back. Pretty bad experience! First time I have to pay a deposit for a hotel I book on Booking.com.

Not for family with 3 y.o. child
The interior and atmosphere are good
Well, we have two things. As a family with 3 years old girl, the Bangalore is not really safe from the stairs. My daughter was falling down from the stairs and I caught her. It was very lucky that I watched her all the time. But older children will be okay :) The accommodation is clean but there are flies (I don’t know why) I spent an hour to catch them because it flew around and attacked while sleeping.

The place. Also the distance to Efteling is really short. The host was available for any question or request.

A too expensive stay for what it is
cute environment and comfortable bungalow. the breakfast was really nice
nobody were here to show you the place. the jacuzzi wasn’t useable because it was just too warm and we follow the instruction. so we payed for something we couldn’t use. in general it is way to expensive for what they propose. we were in directly visibility on the shared garden which is really not nice and not mentioned anywhere. they kept 20€ of charge on our caution.
