If you know what to expect you will enjoy it.
It is quite a specific place, you need to know what to expect. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The appartment is made from a former shop. You need to be aware that toilet is downstairs with very steep stairs leading to it - so people with limited movement ability should not condiser this place. The main bed is accessed via a short ladder - so again, you must be physicaly fit to get into the bed. The bathroom is a simple in-built cubicle with shower cabin - you can hear everything going on in there from the room. The street is pedestrian zone without cars, quiet at night and in the morning, but in the evening you can hear sounds of street life inside - so if you want to go to sleep before 10pm and are sensitive to sounds, be aware... Overall, we found the description and evaluation of other guests fair and the place fulfilled 100% our expectation. It is not luxurious, but the location is excellent and value for money is very good.
A bit more of celan up would help - under the couch, entrance area, etc... But generally the place is ok, well mainatined.

Great location and easy check-in The accommodation is right in the city center, which was perfect for exploring. Check-in was very simple and smooth. The staff was always available and easy to reach.
Decent stay, but some small issues The apartment was a bit dusty, and the stairs can be tricky — you have to watch your step. Otherwise, it was an okay stay.

Die Lage ist gut.
Sauberkeit: Beim Betreten der Wohnung war deutlich erkennbar, dass nur eine oberflächliche Reinigung stattgefunden hatte. Die Doppelbett-Matratze war fleckig, unbezogen, unbenutzbar. Unter dem Schlafsofa wurde offenbar seit Monaten nicht mehr gewischt. In Ecken und hinter den Schränken hingen Spinnweben. Der Mülleimer auf der Toilette war nicht geleert. Die gesamte Wohnung roch muffig – nach einer Mischung aus Feuchtigkeit und kaltem Rauch. Ausstattung und Zustand der Wohnung: Das zugesicherte Doppelbett stand somit wie oben erwähnt nicht zur Verfügung. Die vor der Bedbox hängenden Vorhänge waren lediglich fransig abgeschnittene Stoffstücke. Das schlecht riechende Bettzeug auf dem abgenutzten Schlafsofa machte einen ungepflegten, staubigen und unhygienischen Eindruck. Aufgrund der schlechten Hygiene haben wir in unseren eigenen Schlafsäcken übernachtet. Die Möbel sind teilweise aus unbearbeitetem Holz in Eigenbau gefertigt. Aufgrund ihrer rauen Oberflächen sind sie kaum oder gar nicht zu reinigen. Das Fernsehgerät war nicht eingerichtet und funktionierte nicht. Es gab zwar Wi-Fi, aber keine funktionierende Internetverbindung. Die Wohnung hat definitiv keine 60 m² Wohnfläche, wie angegeben. Bauweise und Belüftung: Es handelt sich um ein ehemaliges Ladengeschäft, das offensichtlich von einem Laien sehr einfach und notdürftig zu einer Mietwohnung umgebaut wurde. Die Wohnung verfügt nur über zwei sehr kleine Fenster sowie die Eingangstür zur Fußgängerzone – eine ausreichende Belüftung ist damit nicht gegeben. Lautstärke und Schlafkomfort: Die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig. Zwischen dem Schlafbereich und der belebten Fußgängerzone befindet sich lediglich eine einfache Glastür und die mit Vorhängen zugehängten Schaufenster. Bis ein Uhr nachts war der Lärm durch Passanten deutlich hörbar. Sanitäre Anlagen: Die Toilette befindet sich im Keller und ist nur über eine steile, gefährliche Treppe erreichbar.
