Great for a weekend break-away or a week's inspired remote-work

It's more a whole apartment. The bedroom is spacious and the en suite nearly just as large. The underfloor heating is worth calling out, especially during colder times. Lounging in the sitting room, one has a great view of the river and casually passing shipping traffic. Sightseeing and to-do items are within comfortable strolls.

The host lady is very friendly and accommodating. What a lovely place and the view is amazing. The accommodation is clean and lovely. Fully equipped with everything you might need. Wifi is strong and I could work online whilst my son was gaming online. Lovely bathroom with more than enough towels.

A wonderful place to watch the boats go by!

We stayed here for one night on our multi day cycle tour. The apartment suited our needs perfectly and seemed like it would be great for a longer stay as well. The bed was comfortable and the shower a relief after a long cycle. The location was wonderful, right in the historic part of Dordrecht yet also peaceful, with a view out the window of the boats going past. We appreciated that there was a space to keep our bikes safely inside the building. Thank you!

Wonderful apartment in Beautiful Dordrecht.

The apartment was very well situated, close to the town center and easy access to the waterbus. The hosts provided an excellent introduction to the property. Tv worked well with several English channels. The beds were super comfortable. The shower was great with lots of hot water. Everything was as advertised so no complaints. The view from the living room window provided an everchanging vista of the boats on the waterway. Thank you for a lovely visit, Case and Jeanette.

The apartment was fabulous, very spacious, clean and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was beautiful with an abundance of towels. The kitchen had all appliances especially the egg cooker, so easy to use. The apartment was in a good area close to the water bus. Jeannette was a very welcoming host.

There was nothing wrong, it was a fabulous place, especially on King’s day. We had the best view of the fireworks.

The view, the host, the position, quiet, everything just perfect. The size of the apartment/living area. You can sit and watch the water traffic for hours. So much more than just a place to sleep. Excellent value for money.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us, right by the Waterbus terminal at the north end of Dordrecht but only a short walk into the centre.

I will be back!

I would thoroughly recommend a stay in this apartment. It has stunning view of the waterway. We enjoyed watching the ships pass by as we had our morning coffee. The apartment is fully equipped for any length of stay. The place was very clean and the bathroom has a modern shower and bath. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. They also kindly provided some welcome soft drinks and snacks. They also provided some guides in English for the surrounding area. The surrounding area is very peaceful and picturesque. It has both quiet areas for a relaxing stroll and busier areas such as the market as bars and restaurants. I will definitely return.

Stunning rooftop apartment in beautiful location. fantastic views over the river junction. The terrace is amazing!

Not a problem, but in hot weather you’ll need to keep curtains shut when out and about to keep apartment cool. We slept with the terrace door open and that was fine.

Nice, quiet location in the old part of Dordrecht. Plenty of room in the apartment with a large, modern bathroom. Comfortable furnishings. Has everything you need for a stay (including a toaster). We liked the view out the window of the river junction and the boats going by.

Under-floor heating takes a long time to respond. A space heater or two would be a nice addition to bring up the heat quicker.

Everything was amazing, Jeannette is a super friendly and helpful host. The terrace and the view was absolutely wonderful, was great to start and finish the day there. The luggage storage is a big help, special thanks for that.

The apartment was great but a little dirty. For example the mat in the bathroom was dirty and the table was also dirty. There was also a cigarette smell but was better once we opened the terrace doors.

Perfect!

We were fortunate enough to enjoy our stay in two of the three apartments that All Exclusive Apartments have available. We booked the loft apartment through Booking.com but then added additional days directly with the owners for the ground floor apartment. Both are very different but both are superb. The loft apartment has a fantastic sun terrace with high quality seating/sun loungers where you can relax and watch the world go by courtesy of the stunning views over the river and up towards the old harbour bridge. The ground floor apartment, although directly on the front street, also afforded views of the river. Both apartments were spotlessly clean. Both were spacious, with the ground floor apartment having the benefit of an absolutely GORGEOUS bathroom! And both had every possible amenity to make the visit as comfortable as possible - all crockery and cooking utensils were available, good sized fridges and multi-ovens with first class hobs. Every thing had been thought of and considered to make it very much a home from home. The building itself evidently has a great history - the large entrance hall led up to a fabulous wooden staircase (take care on the final flight up to the loft apartment if stairs are a challenge as they are quite steep!!) which added to its character. The owners, Jeannette and Kase, were just brilliant! So friendly and helpful. We were met at the door on arrival and everything was explained to us fully, with hints for places to eat and where to visit. We took advantage of the excellent secure parking nearby which worked a treat. We even enjoyed an evening in their company at the local tapas bar (which is an excellent option!) and had such a great time! Dordrecht is a beautiful town, full of peaceful canal lined streets, culture and friendliness. All in all, we had a fantastic time, loved the apartment and the hosts! and even accepted the torrential rain for the first part of the week! We will definitely return again.

Only that we had to go home......Oh, and the rain so we could have enjoyed the loft terrace a little more but you can't have everything!! There was NOTHING not to love!
