Comfortable and good value but beware the extra charges.

Although small the apartment was well laid out and had everything you would need for a week’s stay. It was well located near the town and the beaches. There was plenty of parking very close to the accommodation. There was a lift. Lots of bins for recycling. Two televisions. The service pack with washing up stuff was a nice touch. Very dog friendly site. Small shop on site very useful.

Although it seemed really good value to start with the cost quickly built up once you added extras like bed linen, towels and the charge per dog. It wasn’t clear at booking stage - you got an invoice later. There were no instructions for the microwave or dishwasher which didn’t seem to work.

It was a nice room.very quiet and calm.

Bedding, towels and cleaning of the room was not included in the price. Also the check out was at 10 o'clock in the morning which I find very early. Reception closed at 19.very early too.

Confusion in room definition

I booked a 3 bedroomed apartment for 3 adults. I expected to have 3 bedrooms with 3 adult beds, but got 1 room with a double bed, one room with a bunk bed and anorhe filled with baby stuff. I called the reception to inform them about this and they said they cant do anything about it, I should call booking.com. If I book 3 bedrooms for 3 adults am assuming the adults might not want to share!

No hairdryer, no towels, no soap, poor customer service in general

Nice surroundings with peaceful nature, might be great if you interested just in place to sleep and chill and know all of the troubles which awaits you.

Hotel staff is never there, arriving just around 20:30 there was already nobody at the reception so I needed to spend much time and power after long road just to check-in. When we got to the house, there was no towels at all - occasionally you need to pay for that additionally and the day after when I tried to do that, I even couldn’t pay and pick up the towels as reception was already closed again.

Nette Auszeit "zwischen den Jahren"

Der Park war ordentlich, schön angelegt und es gab viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Das war schon mal top!

Das Haus sah schön aus, war aber leider nur sehr spärlich eingerichtet. Daher gibt es hier nur drei von fünf Sternen. Etwas mehr Gemütlichkeit wäre gut, das ließe sich durch mehr Bilder, Decken, mehr Geräte im Haus, ein paar Mülltüten etc. leicht umzusetzen. Zudem wäre es von Vorteil gewesen, wenn die Unterkunft vorgeheizt gewesen wäre. Bei Minusgraden wäre dies sehr vorteilhaft gewesen.

Redelijk.

Park faciliteiten en personeel waren helemaal in orde. Ook de ligging was mooi en goed bereikbaar per auto.

De studio in het appartementencomplex (Dogger) was erg gehorig. Het meest storend was het geschuif met stoelen in aangrenzende kamers. Waarschijnlijk is dit relatief eenvoudig op te lossen als Summio overal viltjes onder de stoelpoten plaatst om wrijving te verminderen. Dit zou al enorm schelen.

Een heel fijn vakantiepark!

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De studio was gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het vakantiepark ligt dicht aan het water en de haven en Bruinisse zelf zijn op loopafstand goed te doen. We komen graag weer.

Nous n'avons pas apprécié le snack. Les burgers étaient mauvais, froids et chers. Les frites congelées mais surtout peu cuites. C'est dommage car c'est pratique quand on arrive le soir.

Mehr Schein als Sein

Wir waren für 3 Nächte in diesem Urlaubsresort auf Zeeland und leider war der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Schon bei der Ankunft fiel uns auf, dass die Bettwäsche teilweise dreckig und kaputt war. Außerdem waren statt zwei gebuchten Wäschepaketen nur welche für eine Person vorhanden. Auch das Geschirr war nicht ordentlich gereinigt, und die Couch in der Unterkunft ist total beschädigt. Haben zu allem auch weitere Fotos falls Bedarf besteht zB zu den Silberfischen, der restlichen Couch usw. Ursprünglich war unsere Buchung beruflich gedacht, wurde dann aber nach einigen Tagen seitens des Anbieters storniert – und das nur fünf Tage vor Anreise. In der Zwischenzeit waren die Preise leider deutlich gestiegen. Daraufhin habe ich privat neu gebucht. Als ich dann fragte, ob unser Hund mitreisen darf, musste ich erneut eine Buchung vornehmen. Die erste Rückerstattungen habe ich nach mehrmaligen nachhaken bekommen, da sie nicht automatisch erfolgten. Auf die zweite warte ich noch und renne da noch hinterher... Kundenfreundlich und guter Kundenservice ist was anderes. Auf der Website wird angegeben, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher im gebuchten Paket inklusive seien – tatsächlich bekommt man aber nur Bettwäsche. In der langen Buchungsbestätigung steht das zwar dann irgendwo, aber erst nach Abschluss der Buchung. So entstehen zusätzliche Kosten (für Hund pro Nacht!, Bettwäsche pro Person und natürlich die Übernachtungssteuer- letzteres wie in den Niederlanden üblich). Die Kommunikation über Booking durch den Ferienpark war ebenfalls enttäuschend – die Antwortzeiten waren im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern sehr lang oder sogar gar nicht vorhanden. Auch **llvor Ort ist die Rezeption nur zu sehr eingeschränkten Zeiten geöffnet. Immer nur wenn die Gäste sich zum Check-in anmelden. Muss vorher Uhrzeittechnisch abgeklärt werden. Das Restaurant im Aquadelta vor Ort können wir leider auch nicht empfehlen.

Ok, aber wir kommen nicht wieder.

Die Nähe zum Hafen, man kann schön mit dem Hund spazieren gehen.

Das Gebäude ist hellhörig, die Möbel könnten Filzfüße gebrauchen. Die Betten sind unbequem. Es war recht laut. Nebenan hat jemand seinen Hund allein gelassen, dieser hat natürlich geweint und gebellt. No go! Ab 17 Uhr kein Personal mehr. Secutity hätte 2 Stunden benötigt. Auf den Zimmern wurde mit Duft gesprüht, unmöglich für Allergiker. Die 4 Personen Wohnung ist eher für 2 Personen ok. Die Sauberkeit ist vom Vormieter abhänging. Ich denke vom Personal werden nur die Toiletten geputzt. Auf dem Balkon war etwas Müll vom Vormieter, in der Kücke Krümmel, Spülmaschine unsauber, der Mülldeckel verdreckt. Trotz Anmeldung des Hundes, gibt es keine Extras. Ich verstehe die Zusatzkosten nicht. Die Reinigung nimmt man schließlich selbst vor. Das Wäschepaket kann man nicht abbestellen, Betten muss man selbst beziehen. Mails an die Rezeption werden spät, doppelt oder gar nicht beantwortet.

Schöner Parc mit Schwächen

Der Parc an sich, ist wirklich schön angelegt. Ein toller Park mit altem Baumbestand in der Mitte des Parcs, ist wirklich schön! Der zentrale Platz im Parc ist toll um abends noch bei einem teuren Glas Wein den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. In unserer Wohnung gab es einen schönen Balkon, auf dem wir morgens und abends oft gesessen haben. Der Yachthafen liegt direkt am Parc und ist nett anzuschauen. Bruinisse ist fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Der Ort selbst ist wirklich schön. Kleine Häuschen, hübsche Gassen, Restaurants, Supermarkt. Alles was man braucht.

In unserer Unterkunft, in einem der großen Häuser an den Parkplätzen, war die Couch aus Kunstleder leider total abgenutzt. Das Kunstleder rieselte vom bloßen Sitzen darauf in Stücken zu Boden. Wir haben deshalb täglich gesaugt. Die Bettdecken hatten teilweise Flecken. Das Haus selbst ist extrem hellhörig. Den Strand am Yachthafen kann man beim besten Willen nicht Strand nennen. Lieber mit dem Rad oder dem Auto ein paar Kilometer fahren. Im Supermarkt im Parc bekommt man zwar die nötigsten Dinge, aber extrem überteuert. Auch das Restaurant ist nicht gerade günstig!

Leuke vakantie gehad

De ligging, zwembad, de rust en zeker de mooie omgeving om te fietsen of om Zeeland te ontdekken zijn een absoluut pluspunt. Alles aanwezig en proper appartement.

In ons appartement was onvoldoende verlichting vooral boven de eethoek. Zeer donker appartement wat het niet gezellig maakte om in het appartement te verblijven. Tafels aan de snackbar - speelhal steeds zeer vuil - plakkerig en niet opgeruimd. Snacks enorm duur voor de schandalig kleine portie bv. friet die je krijgt.

Die Idee der Unterkunft ist super, Animation, Schwimmbad, man gibt sein bestes

Unser Zimmer war bei der Ankunft nicht sauber, es war so, wie die Familie vor uns es verlassen hat, besenrein, aber in allen Ecken und auch generell war der Boden sehr schmutzig Egal wohin man geht, alles muss separat bezahlt werden, sei es das Trampolin oder in der Game Zone Das Programm für die Kids ist kurz und knapp. Das Schwimmbad ist wirklich süß aber echt schmutzig, im Kinderbecken ist so viel Sand Ich finde die Preise generell recht hoch, da die Unterkunft selbst schon nicht ganz günstig ist, finde ich dass das ganze Drumherum zu teuer ist, so dass man in kurzer Zeit einiges an Geld los wird Genau das selbe im Supermarkt in der Anlage, extrem hohe Preise

Voll und ganz zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Am Service könnte noch ein bisschen gefeilt werden.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, alles wichtige erreichbar in 30 Minuten, sauber, Kinderfreundlich,

Teilweise war dass Personal mehr damit beschäftigt sich untereinander zu Unterhalten, als sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Gerade für den Eisstand war teilweise 30 Minuten niemand auffindbar. Als ich eine Mitarbeiterin ansprach, 2ar diese sehr genervt. Im Fahrrad Verleih hielten sich die Mitarbeiter im Nebenraum auf, sahen genau das ich dort mit 2 Kindern stand, keiner kam. Im Snack Shop war zur Stoßzeit / Mittagszeit nur eine Mitareiterin, bei großem Andrang. Nachdem wir 30 Minuten warteten um unsere Bestellung aufgeben zu können, war dass Ergebnis für 3 Burger mit Pommes und 35 Euro doch sehr enttäuschend.

Super séjour en famille

L’emplacement était super, nous avons découvert un très beau village et nous n’étions pas loin des grandes villes comme Amsterdam (1h30 en voiture)et Rotterdam(40min). C’est comme un village de vacance, il y a pleins d’activités à faire sur place et le personnel est très sympas malgré le barrière de la langue.

Het appartement was echt smerig. Op de factuur stond 90 euro schoonmaakkosten en nog eens 50 euro extra voor 2 honden voor 5 dagen, en ik ben zelf een dweil gaan lenen bij de receptie. Ronduit slecht dus!
