Amazing

Very and professionally clean, staff were very helpful and friendly and the accommodation were very comfortable the location was very relaxing and neighbours were very friendly

It was more of surprise not I didn’t like it! Although it would be unfair to give any negative feedback because the stay was outstanding on all aspects but I didn’t think it’s right to be charged extra 130 euros for tax and towels. The correct way is to include it in the price when the booking is made. What if Someone had a limited budget? What if they didn’t have enough money to cover?

A lovely area of the Hitland, cosy, comfortable cottages.

The weather was a freezing temperature but our cabin was always cosy and warm . The staff were always happy to assist us when needed.

1 of the washing machines was out of order so only 1 washing machine for all of the guests. Not a huge problem, but could affect you stay potentially.

Nice accommodation but a drive from everywhere

Very quiet location

We had a problem with the toilet smelling badly which we highlighted on the first evening we arrived but after reception was shut. This wasn’t sorted the next day but the day after when we spoke to reception again.

The perfect place for a quiet idyllic family holiday

The house is spacious, modern and very comfortable. Surrounded by kanals, parks, forests and playgrounds, it’s the perfect place to spend some time with the family. Also it’s very close to cute little towns like Gouda or Delft and bigger city’s like Rotterdam and Den Haag . We loved it and would very much recommend it.

The house is in desperate need for Mosquito nets in the windows. Also some safety installation for the bunk bed would be good.

Fantastic chalet, relaxing area, lovely site.

Excellent location. Chalet was spotless, spacious and had all home comforts. Added bonus of a beautiful garden. Outside space was lovely. The parc was quiet (most of the time) and everyone was really friendly. A haven for wildlife, very relaxing. Pool was a good size but could be busy, separate small pool for children. Lovely bar/restaurant. Good service, good food and good prices.

Recycling could be better as you have to take everything to the main bins.

Fine for the 2 days.

Our chalet was new, small, a bit too on top of the neighbours, but pretty. Beds were comfortable. Remember to bring your own towels (and in some cases linnen).

Big mess-up with the entrance documents. Someone not thinking ripped my information off the door (map to the correct house). Took me over an hour to get the proper assistance. The chap who helped (day 2 on the job) was very friendly. The restaurant manager helped but there was an undercurrent of mockery. The restaurant food on the property needs a bit of a revival. Below par.

Very pitoresque location in the heart of Netherlands

The location was great. We were close to everything: Rotterdam, Hague, Gouda, Kinderdijk, Delft, even Amsterdam. The parc were it is situated was very nice

The houses are quite small for 6 people (2 families with 1 child each). For 1 family with more children it suits much better. But even so we had a great time

Cosy place

Extremely clean, spacious and super bright place. The kitchen was complete with everything you might need and even had a washing machine (perfect)! Staff was super kind and promptly assisted us every time we needed. The living room had a comfortable and big couch and a good size smart TV. Wifi worked well.

Electricity: we had daily problems as everything kept going down up to 8 times a day...very annoying specially because we were during the winter (heats went off all the time) and working (wifi went off as well). They even offered us to move, but we didn't want to pack everything again as we were staying for over 10 days and already had everything settled. (One less star for this) I believe it might be perfect for summer but the electricity couldn't handle the heats on during winter... No toilet paper: even booking clearly sais it does includes toilet paper the place only gives you 1 single roll, no matter how many days or people are staying. (One less star for this) No couple bed: it has 2 single mattresses and beddings, so not the best comfort for a couple.

Building site

Large and clean

Was in the middle of a building site. Had large cranes operating on around our site. One day could not park and other lodgers were taking short cuts across the lawn in front of the static home to by pass cranes. A shame as otherwise an enjoyable stay. Building Work started at 7am each day hardly a holiday rest!

OK stay in the heart of Holland

Good location, close to Rotterdam and the Hague, in a nice green area. Good wifi.

The bungalow wasn't clean and felt tired, even though it's only 2 years old. Due to the installation of many new bungalows there were a lot of works going on, so it was quite muddy across the park

It was conveniently situated for the plans we had to visit friends. Beautiful area around it Property was comfortable. Had stayed a few times @The Schele Berg so knew what to expect.

The fact that we had construction traffic coming and going passed our property constantly was pretty disturbing. Staff at reception weren't overly friendly, like they were at The Schele Berg. Getting into the property was quite tricky because there was a huge step to take. Music in the restaurant was at times so.loud that we had to leave. We go to live band concerts regularly, but this was crazy. Don't think I will book again there soon.

Beautiful unit on in a nice area of well taken care of grounds. Nice to enjoy the bird life out all the windows. Nice walks through the Hitland Park. Fairly well equipped kitchen, good size fridge and gas cook top. Excellent DE coffee pod maker. Great location to many area attractions and short drive to many areas of the coast. Close to area shopping.

Need screens on the bedroom windows to allow them to be open at night without invasion of mosquitoes.

The location was pretty nice, very quiet and close to Rotterdam.

The value for money is terrible at this place. we paid €253 per night and this didn’t even include the towels, for which they charged us extra 9 €, and we had to pick them up at the reception. Check in at 3 PM the earliest and check out at 10 AM the latest. Breakfast was not included, in fact it wasn’t at all available. The restaurant which was supposed to open at 10 AM, was still closed at 11. Pool water was visibly dirty. Staff was beyond unfriendly.
