Easy enough to find, well lit even late at night. Comfy enough all round with a very in-depth guest book of do's and don'ts and local history. Very clean overall, unless you move the sofa, needs a vacuum under there - but I really am nit-picking at this point.
Parking is off street but be very careful reversing in if you have a large car or van.
Terrible WiFi and terrible cell network so I couldn't hotspot my laptop off of my phone, nor use the supplied free internet. I literally got under 10mb download and 1mb upload, woefully inadequate to work, let alone attend to a few video conferences I was scheduled to join. I had to go out and to work.
There seemed to be no way to turn on the heat from the electric heater, though it would light up. This left the large downstair area a little cold at night. I did not bother the host as I arrived back late, so that's on me as I suspect they could have done something if id asked.

Very clean and central - everything I needed was there
Bed a bit small ….

The location was ideal for our journey and near friends
It was unfortunately the curry smell from previous occupants. Shame there wasn't any diffusers or antibacterial wipes in the kitchen. I sorted the smell a little by buying a oil diffuser from TKMax. Only other areas that could have been improved were the mattress and the shower. Otherwise a lovely little retreat and good value for money. Really respected the fact we could come and go as we wished. MT

The house is very clean and neat, the livingroom is cozy and homey. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower/bathromm very neat and working well. In addition, it is very close to Didcot parkway so ideal for travelling.
I travelled in winter time and was working during the day, so it was mostly dark when i was there. I could tell that the surroundings are beautiful as the house is in the historic part of Didcot - however i would come back in summertime when there is a little more light outside.

There was good proximity to lots of places to visit by car, as well as walking distance to Didcot railway centre and the shopping mall. Good off street parking. Fully equipped kitchen. Space in the rooms. Good instruction information provided.
It was not a big problem but there was a little late night noise from the pub nearby but it didn't last long and we were there at the weekend.

a 10 minute stroll from the station
Ceiling heights in the loft bedroom / bathroom were a little low.. (as my wife and I are both tall) but not a serious issue

Charming, self-contained modern property with all amenities required. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Immaculately clean throughout. Quiet, convenient location. Friendly, helpful host. Off-street parking available.
Mattress was a bit soft for me.

No issues.

There was no breakfast. A courtesy welcome basket of teabags and a small bottle of milk and sugar would have been helpful.
Basin in bathroom was minute and the plug didn’t work. Also very limited hanging space for clothes.

The annex is perfect for a couple for a short stay. It is so clean and lacks nothing. The area is really quiet and close to interesting locations.
Bed maybe needs replacing BUT slept pretty well.

Great location. 8 min walk from Didcot Rail Station. Supermarkets are close by for self-catering. A great space for a couple & it had everything we needed, considering we’re travelling from overseas with airline carry-on luggage only, e.g. Iron, hairdryer, shampoo, USB ports for ease of charging devices. Also, a well written guide to the property was available.

A lovely Annexe, great for a short stay, and we'll equipped. .
The mattress is a personal preference, but we are on the larger size, and we found it too soft and a little uncomfortable

A very comfortable place. Fully equipped with high quality fittings.

Nice cosy little cottage in a nice area. Lovely and quiet and ideally situated from the station.
Kitchen cupboard under sink needed dusting, and some utensils were bit dirty from previous person. Also, there was only one set of towels for two people. Wasn't a massive issue for overnight, but might have been if longer stay.

Location was ideal for our needs. The accommodation was just right for a couple with its facilities
Nothing to report as we had a short stay. If we stayed longer it would have been great to have some outdoor space to sit out and relax.

Great location in Old Didcot. Central to the town, but surprisingly quiet. Actually felt quite rural. I used to live in Didcot and knew the area very well, so was quite surprised by the rural feel to the area! Enjoyed reading about some of the old houses and looking at the historic pictures in the guest book! The Annex is compact, but has everything a couple will need for a stay there.
Nothing at all to dislike.

Location was in a lovely street and very quiet at night. KItchen was well appointed for our needs and there was a lovely Pub approx 50 metres away. Bedroom upstairs was very cosy and comfortable.
A chaise rather than a 2 seater would have provided a little more comfort downstairs and the cushions were a little flat

Lovely Annexe. Liked having the cooking facilities and having bedroom upstairs
First place that did not provide even a starter supply if tea, sugar, coffee and a little milk. Have stayed in over 50 Booking.com and Air BNB places and this was a standard inclusion regardless of price. Just a suggestion.

Above on the keys: they were in a safe location and we received a private email to let us know how and where to collect them, they were very secure.
The beds were great, the area was useful, only a 5-10 minute drive from where you wanted to be around didcot/abingdon and the space was lovingly decorated; everything matched and coordinated, it felt thought-out and cared-for.
As an apartment it had all expected furnishings and some complimentary water.
Decent parking space for one car.
TV is a smart TV, so we could log into Streaming services, and there's free wifi with a private password too (i believe separate from the main property).
Plenty of space and sockets for appliances and belongings, and a sofa to relax on.
Everything looks and feels new
Not that i personally didnt like it, but the bedroom area is a converted attic, so the roof slopes which could be a consideration for some people, it would be tight for two people to get changed or move around, but the ensuite is right next to the bedroom so it's easy to share the space.
It was fine for us and we didn't really have problems with it, especially considering the location and furnishings.

Lovely place comfortable. Everything you could need. Smart TV fast broadband. Private off road parking Easy walk to pubs and restaurants. Very friendly host. Not intrusive though. We had a brilliant stay visiting friends in the area
Nothing it was just perfect for us. The Annex is on a lovely street in old Didcot. Easy walk to the railway station.

Great location. Close to all amenities and the train station.
More an observation than a dislike - restricted headroom in the bedroom and bathroom, a bigger kettle and tea pot.
