Near the sights of Harwick, easy parking and pub very close. Garden leading off from bedroom nice for relaxing

Nice bedroom. Sun terrace. Convenient location.
Couldn’t turn off ventilator fan which got a bit noisy. Banister at tip of staircase loose which could become a hazard if left unfixed, particularly when going down to loo in the night.

There was a broken floor tile and I was concerned my dog would cut he's paws so I had to cover the broken tile. There was also a lump of glass by the sofa and here again if my dog had walked on it, he would have cut his paws or if I had trodden on it I would have cut my foot. I'm not sure if it was on the sofa where someone had broken a glass or was under the sofa.
