Beautifully designed hotel and room with high quality fittings and very clean. The spa/sauna space is great and a lovely inclusion.

Room was a little dark for my wife to do her make up and location is a 15 minute walk from the Old town with not a huge amount in the immediate area.

The spa is above average, however the lack of massage services was a major disappointment. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the location is excellent.

The mattresses were not firm enough, and the mattress protectors kept slipping off the beds. The pillows were also too soft, which caused me neck pain. In addition, I was woken up by doors being slammed. The pool is quite small—only about three swimming strokes are possible—but the sauna facilities are excellent. Food is only served in the hotel restaurant until 9:30 p.m., which is inconvenient because the spa remains open until 9:00 p.m. If you feel hungry after using the spa, there is hardly any time left to eat. There is only a shopping mall near the hotel, with very few restaurant options nearby. After a relaxing spa experience, guests would usually prefer to rest rather than walk around outside looking for somewhere to eat.
