This is a contactless apartment, although you wont have reception desk, the staff send messages to check if you find your way to checkin, and if everything is ok in the room. The staff is very responsive and reply your messages within minute. Situated in quiet area but yet close to the old town (walking distance around 15mins), I stayed in the room with kitchen, you have oven, dishwasher, lots of plates, cups, drainer, jar etc. The room is spacious with lots of rooms for luggage. They provided luggage storage as well.

The spacious apartment is a refreshing alternative to a standard hotel room in Europe. We love having the washing machine in the apartment. Most important of all, we are impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment and the responsive and friendly staff. Despite the absence of an on-site reception, we do not feel any inconvenience given the proactive WhatsApp communication from its management team. It is a very enjoyable stay.

I spent one night here, but didn't start off well, it was suoer cold outside and because my busy schedule i didn't try to contact the llace beforehand and had to realise that i need a code to get into the building, a code you get after you checked in online. There's a QR code that you can scan outside, but if you booked through a third party site that booking ref number wont work with the check-in, so you need to contact them directly and they will help eventually. So if you miss to check-in at home make sure your device is charged and have enough data. There's no insra cam nor gaming panel in the room so if you need tbat you have to let them know in advance. The flat was clean, although i found random small litter under the tray on the dining table which shows they're not 100% immaculate. The scent diffuser in the bathroom must have been empty for months. The mattress was alright, the pillows are washed once in a whike guess because yiu can feel the artificial filling forming balls, not so great. I don't think there was a lock from the inside so i didn't sleep at all before my early flight, even though the building is pretty safe, it was weird there's no option to lock the door from the inside, as a solo female traveller that made me a little uncomfortable. I left early and walked to the airport. The location isn't bad, i didn't have the time to explore.
