Flat Owner was very helpful . He helped us whenever requested. Spacious rooms . We came to Verona for the stone fair , a bit out of main city but easily accessible by taxi / car. We sure look to book in future.

Communication was always prompt, we had a welcome pack on arrival, including wine which was nice. On request, to get us started the host bought some shopping for us as we arrived late into the evening which we really appreciated.
The villa was well equipped, everything was very clean, including the bedding and swimming pool which we very much enjoyed.
We did struggle a bit with the gas oven but got there in the end. The villa is on quite a busy road which was a little noisy at times, we could also hear local trains in the evening. Their were roadworks being carried out up the road and one afternoon there was a lot of beeping lorries. I suspect this work is all finished now!

The host was lovely and welcoming, the hamper gift was so thoughtful. The property was very clean, spacious and exceeded our expectations. Our family experienced a wonderful holiday.
