Upon entering, a mudroom greets you, where you can store those sandals and enter the heart of the home, where a light and bright open floor plan invites you to stay! The spacious kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a center island. The center island seats 4, great for informal dining. Open to the kitchen is the dining room that comfortably seats 4-6. The family room includes a three-pane slider allowing for a distant view of the ocean, a 46” flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan. The main floor also includes a washer and dryer and a first-floor bedroom. The bedroom holds a queen size bed, dresser, free standing fan, alarm clock and a pocket door that leads to a full bathroom with a shower-stall only. This full bathroom can be accessed through the mudroom as well.

The second-floor features two en-suite bedrooms. The large master bedroom en-suite includes a king size bed, nightstand, dresser, ceiling fan, alarm clock, walk-in closet, 50” flat screen TV and a private balcony that faces the ocean (balcony has 3+ chairs for guests use). The bathroom includes a double vanity sink, and a floor-to-ceiling tiled shower. The second en-suite bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstand, dresser, free standing fan and an alarm clock. The bathroom has a shower-stall only.

The exterior of the home features an ocean facing patio with a table that seats 6 and center umbrella for shade. The patio is conveniently off the family room. A fully enclosed outdoor shower is always a fan favorite, this shower has hot and cold running water.

6 beach chairs, a boogie board, beach umbrellas and a beach cart are available at the house for guests to use.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
