Ideal location at the southern tip of Narragansett in the much-desired peninsula of Pt. Judith is this impressive 5-bedroom, 3 full bath custom built contemporary home! Filled with light and offering an abundance of space for family gatherings and summer fun on the main living level, the upper and lower levels provide the quite space for sleeping and relaxation. Situated on a cul-de-sac in the Village of Pt. Judith, the back yard is private for those evening barbeques after a day in the sun. Mini splits installed in Spring 2023 in each bedroom and both living rooms (no a/c in the three seasons room). Distant ocean views, the sound of the roaring ocean, and a neighborhood path to a sandy beach add to the amenities of this special property. A short drive to Galilee and the Block Island Ferry, and within walking distance of many local restaurants, this opportunity cannot be beat!
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
Cameras/surveillance: Exterior camera located on the ring doorbell on the front door for safety and security reasons only.

There were very limited amenities. Some of the pillows did not even have pillowcases on them. There was a dead mouse in the couch in the 3 season room. There was an issue with the refrigerator where you had to velcro the top of 1 of the doors. I am 5' tall and it was impossible for me to do that. They could have taken the rent that they got from me for the week and bought a new refrigerator. 1 ice cube tray was all that was available here. I would not recommend this house.
