About this house rental
Bring multiple generations of your family together and enjoy ocean breezes and wide ocean and lighthouse views from block island to the Newport bridge from this exceptionally clean and well maintained property with expansive green lawns and large back yard away from road for children to play. 10 ft wide decks and covered porch. Indoor and outdoor dining. First floor master with en-suite bath and step in shower. Beach decor. Central a/c both buildings. WiFi. Short walk to point judith lighthouse and 5 minute walk to cronins beach with free parking as well. Swim, sunbathe, or put in your kayaks at the beach. Great surfing And fishing within walking distance. Bike or drive to block island ferry. Walking distance to several restaurants. 30 minute drive to newport. Enclosed hot and cold Outdoor shower. Deck furniture, beach chairs, large grill, cooler, indoor and outdoor games, videos, and umbrellas provided.

Second floor in main house has full kitchen, second master bedroom with adjacent Full bath and laundry, and living/ dining area with access to main deck and upper deck both with ocean views.

Awesome panoramic views of the ocean from the deck. Short walk to the beach. Annex was great for the younger adults to have their own space. Multiple kitchens were nice to have too.

House is in a great location for exploring Narragansett and the surrounding areas. Close to several beaches and the ferry to Block Island. Easy drive into Newport for all the fun there too. Clean and well-maintained property with great deck spaces and ocean views.

Beautiful views, Great location!! Very nice property for the group of us. The Annex is a really nice separate space if you don't wan't to all be in one house, but want to be close by. The hosts were very helpful. We really enjoyed our week in Narragansett.
