About this house rental
Tucked away on a dead end street in a million dollar neighborhood is the Chic Beach Cottage, clean and cozy, one block from the ocean and walking distance to the lighthouse and some great restaurants. The cottage is everything you need to relax and reconnect featuring a primary queen bedroom, a full bed sleeping loft, and a private porch with a full bed and twin pull out. It also offers an outdoor fireplace on a fabulous deck plus an outdoor shower for easy apres beach relaxation, roasting marshmallows, cocktails under the starry sky, and morning coffee. Listen to the waves and hear the distance whistle of the Block Island Ferry. Air conditioning offers summer comfort when the ocean breezes need a boost. Enjoy extraordinary summer season laundry with a brand new washer/dryer in the quaint outbuilding steps from the deck.
The deck is equipped with an outdoor grille and plenty of room to relax. The outdoor fireplace is magical for star gazing on summer nights and makes cloudy days a welcome occasion by the ocean.
The kitchen is ready for any home cooked meals but if you don't feel like cooking, you can walk to half a dozen of Narragansett's best restuarants and pubs.
Feel free to bring you bike and store it in your enclosed backyard on your dead end street. Narragansett was named in the top ten safest communities in the U.S....and don't forget your surf boards as our Beach Chic Cottage is two blocks from Conant Break, one of the best surf spots in the Northeast.

This property was amazing! It far exceeded our expectations. We instantly fell in love with thus place. Our first impressions of the cottage being the beautifully landscaped yard was only the beginning. Once inside, we were wowed at how bright and clean and updated it was. We felt right at home from the second we arrived till the moment we left. Everything we could need was right there, from pots and pans right down to the travel coffee mugs to take in the ocean break only a short 2 minute walk away. The fenced in yard and wraparound deck with lounge area was the perfect way to start and end the day. The host was also so very nice and attentive with any questions we had. They texted prior to arrival to let us know how to get in and where the keys would be. They were also gracious enough to allow one of our family members to stay unexpectedly for an evening which we were so very grateful for. This place has it all and then some! We will absolutely be returning to stay again next year!

We had the best stay! The house is located in walking distance from the famous aunt carries restaurant and ice cream! Great neighborhood! The yard is magical, we spent the entire stay in the yard. It’s fenced in so my little guy got to run about and we relaxed by the fire. Great outdoor shower too. Would definitely stay here again!

This quiet home, set on the end of a street was the PERFECT location for myself and my 4 girlfriends! We had the best time. It was the perfect location - beach’s views. 5 min drive to roger wheeler state beach. The house was decorated so perfectly and had all the amenities you would look for. Roomy - great backyard for a fire, grilling or sitting on the cozy patio furniture for a drink. Close to some awesome restaurants 10 min drive. The owner was super easy to get in contact with and answered us right away with any questions we had! We couldn’t of asked for a better time, and we will definitely be returning!Thank you again!Jenn
