SPLASH with amazing Sea Views in Piso Livadi

This semi-attached Villa style home had everything we needed and more! Decorated so beautifully, while maintaining the greek style. There were even cute welcoming gifts for us and the fridge was stocked with water and sodas which made our arrival comfortable. Another thing we appreciated were the beach toys and supplies left and available for our use. The views were spectacular and I do not have one negative thing to say about our stay. The different beaches around and beachtown flair was also great. This was a magical place and Thank you to our host Alex!

The only thing missing that would put the property over the top would be a little plunge pool.

Un étendoir à linge serait apprécié d autant plus qu’une machine à laver est à disposition avec la lessive. 2 mugs supplémentaires pourraient être ajoutés car il N y en avait que 2. La hotte aspirante ne fonctionnait pas. Attention à l eau chaude, elle est brulante.

I was collected from the Port by the host, Alex I have been visiting Piso Livadi for 38 years and in all that time it has retained its beauty, charm and is authentically Greek. There are many restaurants and bars, beautiful beaches and genuine people. It is family friendly but also great for a solo traveller. It is a truly wonderful place to spend your holiday. The property is comfortable and stylish, has everything you need in the kitchen and has fantastic views from the large balcony. The garden has two sunbeds, an outdoor shower and a kayak for the beach.

Not a negative but the property is on a hill so you will need to climb stairs to gain access.

The house was overall good for our stay, beautiful, ample kitchen, two rooms, AC in each floor. The garden is a nice bonus. Everything needed for cooking already in the house, and some games for kids as well. Piso Livadi is a sweet little town with a beach sheltered from the winds. 5min walk from the beach. Private parking spot. Very quiet area.

We wanted to spend time in the garden however the outdoor pillows are very small compared to the ones on the pictures that look big and comfortable. Those provided were much smaller and on the grass and dirt - not very clean. The hot shower system is not the most practical one, although it does work 100%. Wifi was very poor so we used 4G which was okay. Overall the cons of this house are quite small compared to its benefits though.
