Beautiful studio apartment with quirky bathroom design and massive private terrace

Amazing Paros studio for a couple, with everything we needed for a few days stay plus an extremely large private terrace space huge enough for morning workouts, sunbathing and eating out in the sun. The quirky cave-like bathroom design was also a nice unexpected surprise. The owners were very accommodating - they greeted us late in the evening and helped with parking. The location was great, central enough to walk to the beach and into Aliki's vibrant hub within 10 mins of all the bars, restaurants and shops.

Parking for guests could have been clearer with signage or lighting, especially arriving late at night when visibility is poor.

Loved the size & setting of the complex, low rise & laid out beautifully with trees & flowers. My apartment was adorable, comfortable bed , fab bathroom & shower & a pretty balcony with sea view. Perfect little kitchen with everything you need. Spotlessly clean & well maintained. Maria was just the loveliest lady, excellent communication on WhatsApp pre & during my stay. Her staff were so friendly & helpful. Cant wait to return !

Excellent accommodation in a quiet part of town

Anixis offers excellent accommodation in a quiet part of town within easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. Large apartment with separate bedroom gave a wonderful sense of space which was further enhanced by a large balcony. Nice hosts, very clean room with all the facilities you would need

The place is very beautiful, our stay was perfect. They clean the rooms every day, and also all the residence is very clean and perfect to stay in peace . Also cats are very beautiful and very good with people ;) ( I love cats)

A big love to Aliki, Paros

Maria, Anixis owner, is by far one of the kindest, most generous, and thoughtful people I’ve met in all my travels. Despite my flight arriving very early—and being delayed—she welcomed me with an upgraded room for the full night, allowing me to rest without waiting around. Her thoughtfulness meant a lot. The studio itself is wonderfully cozy, equipped with everything you could need—it truly felt like a home away from home. I even cooked my own meals during my stay. And here’s a tip: don’t miss the chance to chat with Maria about what to see and do in Paros. Her recommendations are gold. If I’ll travel again to Paros I’ll definitely stay at Anixis. Thank you Maria and Staff for everything

Perfect Accommodation on Paros

We spent a superb six days in one of Maria and her family's tastefully decorated, well-equipped, sparklingly clean apartments. Ours came with a delightful balcony overlooking olive trees, vines and classic Greek village gardens. Just a short walk to the seafront with its fabulous restaurants and beaches, Aliki village and Anixis Studios in particular are a wonderfully restful place to holiday. Maria is a top-notch host and we'd definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay and great value for money!

Apartment is very clean and comfortable. Maria is a wonderful host — very supportive and attentive to anything you might need. The studio is just a short 7–8 minute walk from the center of Aliki, which is an absolutely fantastic place. You’ll find excellent restaurants, lovely beaches, and everything you need within walking distance. We stayed for 3 days, but next time we’ll definitely stay longer!

Great accomodation, almost perfect

The apartment is really nice, 10 min by foot to the town center but quiet, there is a huge parking across the street, grill in the garden, the flat is cleaned every day by the staff.

The kitchen lacks a basic stuff like proper knife for slicing some peace of meat, potato peeler, but we always take some of the utilities from home since we are used that apartments are not best equiped in general for proper cooking. The mosquito net on one window was broken and the shower doors also.

Perfect location, clean spacious room with a view

Aliki is a quiet fishing village with a sandy beach and great restaurants. Anixis studios are a 5 minute walk to the beach and €2 bus ride to Parikia. Room was spacious very clean, with a balcony.

Great accommodation, very clean , helpful staff . I would highly recommend a stay here

The apartment was a good size , it was fresh and airy . The beds were really comfortable , it was well equipped Selection off pans and coffee maker and kettle , they even provided filter papers for the coffee. It was very clean and cared for ,we had a storm whilst we were staying and the next morning every where was covered in a fine red sand , by the evening the whole property had been cleaned . The staff were very friendly and helpful . The accommodation has a footpath at the back which means it’s a 7 minute walk in to Aliki I would highly recommend a stay here

I loved everything! The studios are very stylish, super clean, bright and with all the necessities a very nice and spacious balcony Loved particularly the little touches of the lavender flower on the bed, the complimentary welcome sweet and card Maria is amazing! Relaxing stay

Well appointed accomodation with easy access walking to the village of Aliki. When we thought to walk to the beach Maria and Michelle kindly advised which one and Michelle drove us there. The accomodation is so peaceful with lovely gardens to enjoy.

The room was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. They arranged the taxi services to drive us to different parts of the island for our excursions and were very accommodating for any questions or needs. Aliki is a quiet part of the island and very beautiful with lots of great restaurants and beaches within walking distance of the hotel.

A lovely airy apartment with sea views. Very comfortable bed and soft furnishings. Super friendly and kind staff. Maria exceeded our expectations and went out of her way to delivered our bags to the bus station on our departure.

Tha accommodation area is superb. Beautifully landscaped and maintained. The interior is light, very clean and uncluttered with plenty of space to settle ourselves. We enjoyed having our own terrace, but there are also numerous alfresco sitting areas dotted around for all to use. All linen was good quality and towels white and fluffy. There are cooking facilities, utensil glassware and crockery. The refrigerator was a good size and efficient. We loved the stonework everywhere, as pavement, benches and walls outside. Only a short walk to supermarkets, great restaurants and beaches. We hope to return to this establishment managed by Maria and Michelle. Maria is amazingly helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. She gave us great advice for local and island suggestions and helped with the planning. She made our stay perfect.

The location is fantastic and we were treated like real family. the staff were attentive and proactive, friendly and not intrusive at all at the same time. We loved to stay at Anixis and we thank you for the little "memory" we received at the end of our journey.

I did totally enjoy my stay and the area.

it was clean, easy to find, had nice surroundings. the bed was comfortable. shower was good. balcony was good. tv got a few English speaking programs a couple of times. about the 3rd day they brought a piece of yummy pie. housekeeper was awesome.

there was a mildew smell under sink and counters on bottom. so I kept them shut. the only outlet by the bathroom did not work. No instructions anywhere regarding how things worked or where things were located.

Quiet and tranquil with great food and stunning views and beaches.

Loved the spotless apartment. The quiet beautiful view from the balcony. 5 min walk to the harbour/ beach. Thoughtful extras like, wine on arrival, water in the fridge and little artisan soaps. Serviced every day. Really helpful and friendly staff ( Maria and Michelle).

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful place, great welcome, perfect service! Our studio had a large balcony with beautiful view, was cleaned every day perfectly. Maria and Michelle were taking care of everything we asked. A homemade cake and other goodies were offered for welcoming us. We were excited with the gardens around and the well kept surroundings. We loved every single detail. We will definitely be back soon! Highly recommended!
