Easy check in. Fast elevators. Helpful staff that all spoke English fluently. Spacious rooms. Easy access laundry machines in reception area. Lots of restaurant options in the area. Easy access to the subway via a short 10 minute walk. We originally booked 3 nights here, but then added another 3 nights to the beginning of our stay. Then after seeing the room and visiting Munich, we added another 2 nights. We'd like to thank all the staff for how they helped us with our specific needs. Minh made the check in process so easy for us. Marcus was super helpful with the air conditioning system. Nafian helped us with navigate laundry system and Otmane, you're so smiley and friendly you always made us feel welcome.

Nothing to complain about. We loved everything about our stay. We would definitely go back if we return to Munich!

The location of the hotel is excellent, easy to reach, and located in a quiet area. The staff was super nice and helpful. The room was clean and perfect for my short stay.

The variety of the breakfast is something they could improve on. A couple more warm options would have been nice. The juicer also had some issues, so the blackcurrant tap may have contained mango juice. Not a huge issue, but it was still a surprise. Maybe the walls between the rooms are a little too thin, though, as my neighbor seemed to have quite a "satisfactory" night.

Some of the cutlery was dirty. There was no sponge or dish soap for washing the dishes. When taking a shower, the water keeps changing from cold to hot every few seconds, so it’s impossible to shower normally. Sometimes there’s a lot of water pressure, other times very little, and it keeps switching every 10 seconds. The room was also quite cold, and the heating didn’t work very well. We stayed here 3 nights, no cleaning.
