breakfast, being able to iron clothes, nice ground floor entry area, kind and helpful personnel
Room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke ; I couldn't check in because the synchro with booking didn't recognize that I'd already paid.

Very nice hotel in a pleasant business park location. Decent WiFi. Comfortable rooms. Breakfast was largely continental, but very good, plus scrambled eggs were available. Whilst they offer parking at €12 per day, we were able to park on the road round the corner in unlimited spaces for free. Easy access to central Műnchen via the S2 S-Bain line from Riem direct to Marienplatz.
Room had a kettle but no coffee or tea - luckily we had our own. It also had a microwave to heat food, which was available in the hotel shop, but no cutlery to eat it with.

Connection to work and public transport
The new digital iPad self check in is a mess and rarely working without staff input, hence delaying the check in. Considering the purpose (increasing speed, reducing staff) it’s counterproductive.
Very thin walls - if you keen on learning your neighbors language - this is yours
$$$$
