    Everything is fine. I also extended my stay for another 4 days. The only downside is that the place is a bit far away. 😅

    Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing, mainly because of the attitude and lack of cooperation from a female receptionist. We had been on a long and wonderful road trip through Austria, Italy, and Germany. Munich was our final stop before heading home. Unfortunately, what should have been a pleasant ending to our trip was spoiled by an extremely poor welcome and an unacceptable level of service from the receptionist who should, by the nature of her position, understand the basic principles of hospitality and guest service. We arrived about 30 minutes before the official check-in time and asked if we could enter our room, as we had to leave for the airport to return our rental car. However, the receptionist was not cooperative at all. We accept that this is the hotel policy, but she did not even show the slightest courtesy or smile. Even more disappointing was the fact that our room was not cleaned at all during our entire stay. On our last day, we specifically asked the same receptionist to have the room cleaned. She appeared to take our room number and even asked whether we had anything important in the room. However, when we returned at the end of the day, we were shocked to find that the room had still not been cleaned. The towels were still wet, and we actually had to take showers using wet towels. This was completely unacceptable. What made the situation even worse was that the same receptionist did not offer any apology or even an explanation when we returned! On the positive side, the male receptionist, who is working during nights, was polite, respectful, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Also, the breakfast buffet was good, and the lady working there was friendly and helpful. Overall, while some of the staff and services were good, the behavior and lack of service from the female receptionist significantly affected our experience. We sincerely hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that guests are treated with the courtesy, professionalism, and hospitality they deserve.
